Quote:Siphon Life is a great power now and with /SR it gives it the one thing it is missing a heal
You want Siphon Life, take it over Touch of Fear. That heal is invaluable. Here are some cool ways to slot it.

Welcome back
Quote:Nothing wrong with taking Fly as your travel power it is a great travel powerI realize some of the powers I had chosen weren't the most 'efficient' or 'best' combinations back then either....however....those were for concept reasons and are difficult for me to change (Such as Stealth, or choosing "Fly" as a travel power).
For your build somethings I saw Glambers Cut is a better DPS attack then Sting of the Wasp but it is not that big of a deal if you like Sting of the Wasp better.
Focused Fighting and Focused Senses could use some end Reduction in them. Your attack could use them too because they will burn more end then your toggles will.
With Divine Avalanche it is better to slot for an attack. I like to 6 slot it with 1 acc 3 dam 1 end and 1 def buff. With being /SR it should get you to the soft cap(45% defense which is your goal with /SR if you want to know more about that ask or read here) easy with 1 Divine Avalanche.
Other then that your build is looking find. Hope this helps some any more question just ask and welcome back. -
this is what your looking for
( 38343.75 / time ) + 127.8125 = DPS -
I was getting so many recipes drops last night it was so much fun

Welcome to Protector!!!
As Stalemate said COH titan as some great info. Here is one of the direct link to one of the pages http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Main_Page.
again welcome to the game and hope you have as much fun as I do -
Quills is best slotted for Damage the slow doesn't do much. Me I like to mix the slot and slot for 3 things End, Damage and Acc. They are the only 3 things you need to slot for. If you slot a set for a set bonuses that is ok too but it will take up more slots. Now the Procs don't slot it it as the 10 second tick and it doesn't add much damage at all.

Your question is really why would any one play a Scrapper when you can play a Brute when "Going rogue" comes out
Well I don't like Brute I'm not a fan of Fury(not rage meter) I like doing full damage all the time. With numbers Brutes are a little better but why playing anything really? Because you like it and it is fun remember this is a game you play to have fun. -
Quote:I do the same thing and it work nice Hasten always fires when I need it toFor me, when I come up in these situations, I tend to bind one of the powers to the side button (button4) of my mouse, allowing me to click the power without needing to find the right button, or usually change anything I was doing.

Quote:lolstep 1. Go down to your local hardware store and buy yourself the 2 of the biggest friggin sledgehammers they sell... Something in the 10-12 lb range is what we're looking for.
Step 2. Buy a helmet. Any helmet will do. Football helmet, motorcycle helmet... Something solid, not a toy.
Step 3. Buy/or download any song by the music group "disturbed"
step 4. Turn up the music as loud as it can possibly go.
Step 5. Scream "i am a pretty hate machine" at the top of your lungs 3 times.
Step 6. Find a wall and put on your helmet.
Step 7. Alternately, apply the hammers and head to the wall at high velocity until the wall gives up.
Step 8. Repeat steps 5-7 until something noteworthy happens. -

As Umbral has said both are doing the right damage because they are both the same pseudo-pets. That is why I made my Elec/SD not a Scrapper but a Tank. I will be doing the same damage with Lightning Rod and Shield Charge as Scrapper do but will have better defense number...and I really don't care about the ST damage with Elec/SD because Elec sucks at ST damage.

Quote:I was thinking the same thingAnd just what was the point you were trying to prove Prez? That you don't know what the term "truncated" means. Because you seem to keep overlooking that vital piece of information on the screenie you took.
184 matches found (This list was truncated)
The next time you want to try to prove a point it might be best if you first take the time and make sure you understand what the evidence you are using actually means. -
No you can't hide the spines. The only way to hide them that I know of is if you are a /Dark Armor and you take Cloak of Darkness that will hide your spines and your costume.

Standing around for the Tank/Brute to go in to a mob. Really just standing around I hate killing a group and then just standing around waiting to go in to the next group.
Joining a team of 4 or 5 and waiting for the team to get 8 people before mish is even set. You don't need 8 people all the time 3-7 will be just find and making people wait around so you can find that last person is rudy and annoying. The only time I don't mind this is on a TF when you need 8 people to start. -

Quote:Yes Lightning rod is a great power but it comes with the lack of a Good ST DPS attack chain were with Shield Charge you can a great AoE attack and a great ST attack chainCould always get Lightning rod. Been running freak arcs and I'm finding their vulnerability to energy damage to be a great time.

Well I found Caslte Quote
Quote:I would love to see the minimum sizes removed I just don't think it will happen...but one can hope.Seriously, though, to the best of my knowledge we won't be changing minimum sizes of TF's/SF's. The minimum sizes stand as "warning labels" to newer players that these missions are more difficult/time consuming/whatever than other missions. It's a small, but important function. -
Well you need 8 people to start the SF. It is not that hard to find people to join and quit sometimes...so people might say it is hard some might not YMMV. Now can a team of 6 beat it sure but I will always say it depends on the players. If noone know what they are doing(ie can't play their toon) then it is going to be hard. To me it is not that hard of a SF but to others they said it is too hard again YMMV.
Quote:A lot of players want this but Castle said that they will not do this because it is more of a warning for new plays.BTW if 8 people is a hard limit, let this be a feature request: no minimum size for TFs/SFs! -
Well I have done this but it took me like about 100 times before I did it. To me it was more luck then a Challenge...I know Nihilii has done it too.

I have 3 Stalkers and 3 Brutes and a lot of Scrappers. Stalker can play a little like Scrappers now but I would never play a Scrapper like a Stalker. Stalker can crit when you want them to which is a great tool if you know how to do it. Stalker do have a lot of the same powers as Scrappers but so do Brutes but the Stalkers powers are going to be different because they play different. Stalkers can be play just like a Scrapper but to get the most out of a Stalker you will want to hide and use AS when you can and Placate so you can hide and have a nice crit again something a Scrapper doesn't have and something a Scrapper would never do.
