Ion Judgement + Psychic Wail + Reactive Interface = Goodbye entire area of ITF.
-
- I never AFK in the trial, I have a somewhat long load time on Lambda (One mob is cleared by the time I enter), I can consistently hold AV aggro on my Fortunata, and my Fort is highly single-target.
- I buff with ML, I'm running my two sets of Leadership powers, and I use Ageless Partial Radial Invocation.
- I'm never on the Ambush teams in BAF, and I can two-man hold out a door of prisoners.
- Having 0/20 prisoners in 4 raids has yielded 2 Uncommons and 2 Rares.
- I've seen had tables to have enough for 6 T3s with Rares, about 17 Uncommons, and 6 Commons.
- Only 1 Common was obtained in a BAF raid, which was hardly an unsuccessful team. The rest were Lambda groups in which the majority of team members were new to the concept, or I tanked Marauder (with a defence based toon mind you) while the team scrambled to figure out who has the last Acid.
- I use Ion Total Radial Judgement on any large mob I come into contact with, because I don't care much for a laggy raid.
Can't see what I'm doing wrong here, because there's no noticable difference in my teams. Still no Very Rare table, but I'll post back if I get one and report the circumstances. -
Just going to put this out there, but Psi seem to be completely unresisted in Enrage.
IE. My Fort's Psychic Wail will hit 415s + Additional Procs. -
Quote:/sarcasm?Why have they not taken the servers down for emergency maintenance during prime time to resolve this dangerous problem?
Even if they don't have a solution they should take the servers down for maintenance while they try to find a resolution.
It's not a game breaking bug or that big of an issue. Level 50(+1)s fighting level 1s is not exactly an issue in the grand scheme of things, unless it spreads as we get more shifts. -
My Widow is primarily made up of:
A. Night Widow NPC clone for trolling in TFs
B. A costume that looks like me IRL
C. SG Costume
D. Hood, sunglasses, open robe from magic pack, pentagram on the chest, wolf fur chest, and wolf tail
E. Can't remember.
Costume D is generally my primary. When the Animal Pack is released, it will probably get an overhaul with some other wolf parts.
Here's an old pic from before I did some aura and other changes.

I'd like something with the flexibility of the VEATs in terms of power branching, while still maintaining a good story. (Sorry, the VEAT arcs were "meh" in terms of being a member of Arachnos.)
Do I think it's going to happen anytime soon? No, I'd actually much prefer a large some of new powersets to an EAT in any way, shape, or form. -
They shouldn't, since they con the same to any and everyone.
UberGuy pretty much believes the same thing I do about the shift, so I'm going to have to go with him on the reduced rewards. I don't see any reason as to why someone who's complaining about reduced rewards wouldn't just down-slot to what we currently have. -
I think the things I appreciate most are the Easter Eggs. I've literally spent hours searching for them in different maps, and even trying to find geometry errors in maps during that time.

I'm not attempting to start some type of forum conspiracy, but the RWZ arcs have always been my source of purples. I always seem to get 1 per arc, even when running at +0/x1.
I do the same for the Mender Silos TF, but it isn't consistent. -
Quote:Melee Fortunata's have the highest base DPS, and have the potential to continue to out-DPS a Ranged Fortunata with someone who is skilled at IO slotting. My Fort build has -no- Melee. If you want to go Melee, you'd be better off respec-ing into a Night Widow build. Keeping a mixture of Melee and Ranged makes you a decent Claws/SR scrapper with some Psi blaster capability, but you're not playing to the AT's strengths. The ranged single-target attacks are all quick and let you blaze through tougher targets' HP bars like a Fire/Dark Corr through a group of Council lackeys. Those are just my observations though.
I'm not currently on a home computer, so I can't critique your builds here much. If you want, look back through my previous posts and you may find mine. -
Other than being on the art assets, there was a previous image posted about CoH in either the Community Twitter or a website that previewed the content, darn me for not remembering it...anyways, it revealed the names of several NPCs in the file names.

TL;DR
Didn't someone already prove with a stopwatch that redraw doesn't exist anymore? You'll have the same (For example) 1.9 second animation, regardless of if you had a weapon out or not. -
I actually hope they raise the hard-cap level 54-54 on the AVs in those TFs. They're quite easy to get Mo as is without the shift, and I can't imagine how easy it will be for my Fortunata to tank them as a 50(+4).

Quote:Level 45, actually.No, the alpha slot doesn't work lower than 47, remember?
The real question is, if the enemies con lower to you, does that reduce the amount of influence you obtain from defeating them?
The mechanics of the inspiration level shift cause you to con 50(+1) to a level 54 enemy. In this regard, I believe that the same will happen when you have a level shifting slot, though certain Incarnate Trials may raise the hard-cap for enemy groups.
The reason it won't change enemy level to say, 55, in "normal" gameplay, is because you are more choosing to be more powerful than your foes (That are weaker by design and lore), rather than using the non-shifted abilities that we currently have. -
The blast is 30', the trigger is 12'. You can link the mines in-game to see that.

It's a texture bug with your graphics card running at certain settings. It's happened to me more than once.

Quote:Being completely serious here when I say this....As this is the only MMO I play, I would love to know what successful PvP looks like.
Every MMO has had "successful" PvP. There's always people that like it, and there's always people who don't. The same can be said for anything, and I mean anything in real life. -
Quote:If what Another_Fan said is true, then obviously blasters wouldn't be on teams now. They obviously help. The changes threaten to marginalize that help, however, relative to other ATs, given that Blasters are primarily damage ATs, and are therefore bringing something the rest of the team already provides.
People want them and they get them. If he/she doesn't get picked by a team leader, he/she can be his or her own team leader and find his/herself a team. It's the same way with Stalkers, and any argument about playerbase AT-bias assumes that no one has the ability to start his or her own team.
Edit: I still agree with Dispari. -
Tried leading the Heroes around in the Mender Silos TF? Yeah, It's like leading a bunch of blind cows around California after an earthquake.

We need a train NPC next to the Ascendant-O's one that says, "No, I was planning to take the Green Line, not the Statesline."
