Just remember the ArPees are sneaky and cunning like the deadly ninja...they wait in poorly lit global channels and unsuspecting SG/VG bases to leap out and bury you in fun

But pretty much all the best advice has already been given...global channels, keep an eye out for events, hit the Cape shows (and their global channel as well), browse Virtueverse (if nothing else, there's some great reading there) and when you hear invites to a SG/VG ask some questions and pay attention to what they're advertising...also read the bio of whoever's sending out the call to see if they've copy/pasted it from a Naruto fan site

Also if it's the first Sunday of a given month you'll want to get into the RWZ early because Posthaste will be running his mothership raids during his show.

It's a standard mothership run, but it tends to fill the zone pretty quickly and is usually good for 2 or 3 raids if you have the time and interest.

wow, the thread's already working. Tonight I learned that not sleeping for more than 24 hours tends to make me miss work due to fear of the crashy, explodey part of driving.

Really wish I was doing something fun (or something at all) to explain the not sleeping instead of just not being able to sleep.

I suspect my kitty used up all the sleep when I wasn't looking, as he sometimes gets so worn out from sleeping that he needs a nap.

Seasonal event is seasonal.

You'll find much fewer trick or treat teams if you look today, but around halloween it's all everyone's doing (except the people who aren't and we don't talk about THEM)

Also there's the whole day/time of day/method of searching and/or starting a team to consider.

When I make a character, I have a rough idea of who they are and how they'll be...but they grow and change. Sometimes the personality that comes out turns into something not fun to play...so yep. Has happened to me, and probably will again.
