Not Guilty (Rad/Therm Corruptor) from 1-24
Guilt Trip (Sonic/Rad Corruptor) from 1-er... 15?
My goal was to take both of them out of Praetoria. But I had a blast with a couple of people this weekend, so all in all, it was fun -
Looks pretty sinister. I enjoy it.
I also like the foundation of this, apart from the feathers:

That it looks to be individual segments is a really neat concept. Fleshed out a bit more, I think it would be a really great set of wings.
Also, I am a fan of the membrane! -

I kind of want to create a channel just so I can get in on this

I'm all for more things to hurl.
Heck, if it pleases Vanden, maybe they can have a rotation of things you would exclusively find in-ground. Fire hydrants, stumps, parking meters, manhole covers. Even in labs and office buildings, since, y'know, they can be found in the ground SOME places. -
I have actually teamed with a few people who did essentially this.
I was PUG-ing with a team that was somewhat quiet, save for a chatty character. She said something to the effect of, "you guys are quiet, as a girl (for real) I am naturally more talkative, I guess". When she first joined the team, she said "hi team, thanks for the invite. I'm a woman, by the way". A few moments after the "talkative" comment, she asked, "any other real girls, like me, on the team?"
She said a handful of other comments I don't recall indicating that she was, in fact, a real-life woman, until someone finally said, "everyone stop." We did. They said, "Alright, real woman, now that you have the undivided attention you obviously seek... tell us how you would like us to fawn all over the fact that we're in the presence of an actual female." -

But isn't reinstalling it like saying "sorry" after giving it the "**** you"?
Have you tried to restart Firefox with Add-Ons disabled?
My coworker's computer had the same issue, and after a cursory google search, I found someone mentioning a particular theme causing problems. When I went to FF's default theme, everything worked perfectly fine. -
There's maintenance every Thursday.
From the server status page:
Changes to the Server Maintenance Times
As of Thursday, October 22nd, 2009, the regular bi-weekly server maintenance times will be modified and will take place once a week on Thursday from 4:00 AM Pacific / 7:00 AM Eastern to 6:00 AM Pacific / 9:00 AM Eastern. -
I just wanted to wish a very happy Canada Day to all of my fellow Canadian Champions.
Hope it's a good one! -

Player One (Fire/Cold Corruptor) hit 50 this afternoon.

Quote:To me, it looks like a plank of wood, with some sort of serrated metal on the edges, with knives embedded in it.Is that a big rusty sword... with smaller swords sticking out of it? This is going to be awesome. It's like the devs looked into my soul and saw my dreams.
Which to me, is completely awesome. -
It's too early for me to really know how I feel about this. My knee-jerk reaction was fear, but I guess I'll have to just sort of feel it out.
At this point in time, I believe I will stay primarily on Champion (you guys can breathe now, I know that it was weighing heavily on your minds), but that'll be dependent on how much of the current population decides to remain, as well. -

Eh. It's arguable that both are spelled wrong. "Catchup" was how it first entered the English vocabulary.
...or so I recall from looking into its etymology a few years back.
Also, "Catsup" is the evil twin, because, really, who says "catsup" anymore? -
I started out with tanks and scrappers, and started leveling a rad/kin corruptor a couple of years ago. I wasn't particularly fond of it, but admittedly, it was not really knowing much about their strengths or weaknesses. I leveled him to 50, out of sheer stubbornness, but I didn't enjoy him very much.
I swore off them for a couple of years, and found I was getting a little tired of tanks. I'd learned so much about the game, I thought I'd branch out. I tried a controller, I didn't care much for it, I tried a dominator, and wasn't enamoured. So I rolled an ice/cold corruptor, and fell in love. I read through Silas' guides to kind of get a better understanding of their utility and capabilities, and I really, really enjoy them.
I am leveling my third corruptor now (fire/cold), and have a couple more waiting in the wings.
