  1. Thanks everyone for the help. Good to know that Hide really is the alpha and the omega of stealth, and I needn't bother with other kinds.

Android - I should have specified that this character is soloing only at this point. (He's a Praetorian on Defiant, not much other option.) I realize that strike and fade is not the optimum playstyle for a stalker, but A) at level 13 I seem to get annihilated whenever I'm fighting more than 2 opponents for more than 5 seconds, B) I kinda like the "strike and disappear" thing for style purposes, and was just wondering if it was at all possible, and C) as long as I'm the only one affected by my sacrificing efficacy to feel like a ninja, I don't feel bad about it.

Again, I appreciate the pointers from everyone.
  2. Only been playing a little over a month, trying my hand at a stalker before Issue 22 brings everyone back to the AT.

I've been wondering - is there any way to shake enemies once they've noticed me? My math indicates that having up Super Speed with a Stealth IO in it makes me effectively invisible to everyone but Snipers in times when I'm not "Hidden", but that doesn't shake the mobs I pick up from dropping a guy with Assassin Strike. What will? Running away (and hopefully having the Super Speed/Stealth combo keep me from making new friends)? Hitting them with a control effect and THEN running away? Or do I just have to kill everyone who notices me?

And I assume that on the odd mission with magic homing enemies, they cannot be stopped short of killing them.
