Internals are a perfectly fine way to focus on fundamentals like spike and evade. They're only worthless if that's all you ever do. Nothing wrong with running internals for an hour or two once a week.

Internals are stupid if you're actually doing a match when there are other teams available to play. They're only okay if you're testing a power or attack chain or something. Also, Venatrix dies a lot and cybers mage. That is all.

We all know Exile and Shenanigans will be battling it out for 2nd place in the Freedom PvP 2011 League and we can only hope for the best for both teams. However, there must be a winner at the end of the day.
Exile- Pros: Practices with everyone openly, rarely runs internals, tied WARE in one practice match.
Cons: Has the most extreme miniature griefer in the game, habachi. Has the best duelist in the game, who's gone as far as to ask for 1v1s on top of buildings in their lastest official matches, gunrock. Has Mr. Delusional who believes he's still relevent and relative, yet can't hold control over a single global channel, thekatalyst. Lol, frozenviper. Goes out with gunrock, lethelle. Teleports to his death, condro. Better than klesk, hinden. Can't make a dream team for his life, artic. Bad, havoc. Frozen Death, FD. Bad, bad, bad, gunrock.
Now lets take a look at Shenanigans..
Shenanigans Pros: Practices WARE as minimally as possible so their team isn't being trash talked, which has allowed them to stay together thus far. Takes team votes on everything as to practice democracy to its fullest extent. Has some of the best pvpers of all time on their roster. High morale.
Cons: Doesn't practice WARE. Has mage. Too busy running internals instead of fighting other teams. Has mage. Has venatrix. Has pixel. Has tempty. Large amounts of inter-(has mage)team drama, talk behind each others backs, inter-team hatred, inter-team conflict, has mage, inter-team animosity. No strong leadership. Venatrix dies a lot. Has mage.

To address the Exile/CN thing that Vinnie pointed out; we only did that because some of our members know people from CN, they knew we were planning to do that so they weren't surprised. It was not about being a d-bag or anything, it was a chance to do something that we thought would be fun. Our team doesn't thrive on being massive trash talkers or trying to undermine people or anything like that, we just like playing together and that was an idea that sounded fun.
I'm sure if you talked to most of the CN people they would echo what I'm saying that that lineup conveyed no hard feelings. The group photo was also just because we wanted a group photo of our group because the last one was from a previous league, and Rocket Boards are awesome.
I appreciate the whole up front uncencsored style of trash talk that WARE does, I agree it's better than doing the behind the back stuff. That doesn't mean that everybody who doesn't do it somehow holding back trash talk because they are scared or something, though that definitely does happen. Also, as far as my team goes, we don't do most of what we do just for the sake of being d-bags.
Also, I want to clarify that the trash talk doesn't bother me, but I think it's sort of close-minded to believe that the fact that you openly trash talk people somehow makes you better players/people than people who aren't interested in doing that. If you find that funny or enjoyable to do, that's fine, I do it too sometimes because it can be entertaining, but I have my own line that I draw, and some people's lines are at different places. -
