I'm still going by his main question and the point of the thread: Which causes the most -ToHit, and that will remaind /Dark.
-
Hand Clap no longer causes knockback, but knockdown.
Might wanna repost this in the Guides section. -

Do you have to spam a go to commend? Will the Pets hold position for a long period of time on their own?
[/ QUOTE ]
Ac tually the pets DO defy the go to command randomly. Yes you will have to keep an eye on them quite a bit, because otherwise one may run up and get AoE'd to hell and back.
It's vital you watch them, because each counts as about 10% resistance. -
TO do this obviously you have to position your pets just so, and then you have to be sure you are well prepared resistance wise and buff wise, but yes, it is VERY possible to do this.
So long as you keep the pets out of AoE range, have mez protection buffs, aaaand a well slotted Provoke then you can indeed tank multiple AVs/Heroes. -
Now I know the Mission Architect is slowly having restrictions placed on it due to ridiculous farming rates, including exp and ticket farming.
Now the real question I have here is this: Is Creativity more important to you with this system than overall rewards such as exp and tickets? Personally I would rather the 0 exp gain have stayed a main idea than being shoved aside, because in the back of my mind I felt like this might happen the moment I heard that you could level using the Mission Architect.
No, this is in no way trying to flaunt my opinion or wag my finger, but what i am looking for here is what you all think about the system itself. Should exp and tickets come first, or should they be reduced for the sake of flexibility and creativity with the Mission Architect?
I know there are a lot of negative and positive ends to reducing tickets and exp for creativity, and the other way around of course, but I'd actually like to see where this goes.
So, where do you stand on this issue? -
Dark is strong in PvE or in Melee duels.
Storm is good for Arena PvP teams and Zone PvP.
The ToHit debuffing automatically goes to Zombies/Dark. -
Zombies/Dark will literally floor ToHit on a single target to make it basically worthless, while at the same time combining toxic, darkness, smashing and lethal attacks.
It's not as powerful as Ninjas per say, but it does have more control and stronger ToHit debuffs. -
+No wonder the enemies don't run as of late..
And no I don't, mainly because I'm more of a Villain sider at best. -
Zombies are extremely survivable because they have self heals, and when you pair that with a defensive primary you get a rather powerful combo.
-
They do greater ST damage because they are weaker (it's a fact of sacrificing survivability on the pet's part ofr increased damage), and because of the damage they gain they must be more ST oriented.
While the pets themselves may be weak you, the mastermind, have the duty of picking a more survivable and fitting secondary to rid them of their weaknesses.
Also, I thought zombies, when using the correct secondary, were pretty damn survivable after the second upgrade. -

Ahhhh.
So you "used" my post for your own benefits!
HE'S ENSLAVING MY POSTS!
Naaaaah
Anyways, I demand Pirates!
Of course my wishlist could get larger. -
Ninjas are little DPS machines of death that get killed very easily. So long as you make sure they stay in melee and you have them buffed up, then they won't be dying very quickly at all.
As for survivability it depends on your build. Bots are the supposed best for this categoryWhile I, myself, argue the presented point with Necro/Pain. -

Yeah, but see... we're man enough to not take it in the oppressive light. A game is a game to us.

I also thought sarcasm for the sake of a joke was obvious -
My male brethren, stand up and fight! Abolish this unholy slavery of our sex!
Raise your fists high and throw off the shackles of the masterminding oppression!!! -
Technically we *may* be getting Thermal.
Also heard rumours that /Sonic may be in the works...
Oh, and Pyromania makes one crazy as hell. Just take the TF2 Pyro for instance. -
Get some Kronos Titans in there and watch the carnage they can unleash.

How bout zombies?
Asking since a friend is zombie pain and were wondering

As long as you stay with the pets in melee range you'll do admirably well (the go to command is great here). -

Never seen a huge issue with this, and I've teamed with dozens of bots masterminds. It's always the drones that get out of line.
If it's that big a deal, just map a bind to bring your probots back into line (eg. /petcom_pow pr follow defensive) which will stop their combat AI for a few seconds and force them to return.
[/ QUOTE ]
It's not actually even a real problem unless you're soloing AVs.
It's not a serious issue, just something that causes you to be slightly more aware when playing bots. -
Hmmmm, troll thread?
The OP seems to give off that vibe. -
The biggest threat to raids are the people who set bombs without calling it out.
