I'm posting on a second account, I bought this one recently when I couldn't figure out my old account info to log into the site, then once I got it installed and the new account made I tried logging in my old account on the game login screen and it worked, but was obviously inactive, and then the rest is up there.

I sent one of the ask a question things with my email and everything stating everything I said above, If i don't hear back by the time I get off of work tomorrow I'll call customer support

So I stopped playing about 4 years ago, and since theres now a mac version, decided to start back up again

I know my game login and password, but do not have the serial code for that, I started playing when the game launched, some things are hard to keep up with over the course of 5 years

anyways, I know that game accounts and master accounts are different (I don't even remember having a master account, but then again its been a while) but when I try and log my account in in the game itself it says that its expired and asks if i want to view it on a web page.

I click yes and it takes me to an error page, and if i try and log into the master account with my game account it tells me somethings wrong basically

What do I do?
