Do the above as of step 2, but click on the "+" beside Enhancements and then click on Crafted ones.
It's not that hard or time consuming AND there's no need to type anything. -

Your opinion is neither needed nor wanted in regards to the Mutant Pack on account of you being a non NA player. Seemingly, you're not allowed to test GR at the moment because you've not achieved the criteria set by whomever decides who's in and who's out of closed beta.
Now, even if you WERE in the EU GR closed beta, you would still not be able to test the mutant pack because it and GR are mutually exclusive. Boggles the mind how it will be integrated when GR finally comes out. Perhaps it will be "automagically"...
Nevermind there are 2 extra test servers sitting pretty on the EU test server list, they're just there for effect. Move along, nothing to see here. -

Hmmm... you are right. OK, try this (I've seen it on another thread and just tested it):
Click on the pack you want, by choosing more info.
On the address bar, notice it ends with a number. For example the natural pack ends with a 152 (EU version).
Subtract 2 from this number. In the example above, replace 152 with 150 and press Enter.
You are now looking at the NA version for the pack.

No, the EU ones can't be used on NA ones.
Once at the store, locate the pack you want. Below it should be a link saying also available in NA version. Click on it to be taken to the NA store and buy the packs you want from there. -

-PvP TF would start in a high level PvP or Coop zone. There are two teams, one heroes and one villains, six to eight on a team (or less... I'm just throwing it out there). Maybe the contact would interface somewhat like an arena kiosk.

Perhaps good teams could have most of the team hauling through missions and one or two people working to slow the other team up. Perhaps there could be a slider like in Siren's Call and Recluse's Victory, except that it shows where the opposition is on their side of the TF.
-First missions would all lead to a final mission, where the first team there gets an advantage. Perhaps it is a battlezone with neutral turrets to be activated, buffbots to be turned on, or pillboxes like in RV, whatever. First team to arrive in the zone gets to set up before the other team gets there, giving them a strategic advantage.
-Last mission is PvP, heroes against villains in the zone. I don't know how deaths would be handled, maybe everyone gets three and they're out... or there is a rez suppression... or it's most kills by the time the timer dings. Whatever.
-Rewards should be good. Perhaps double the PvPIO drop rate on the TF. Maybe losing team gets 25 merits and the winning team gets 50. Whole thing should take no more than 90 minutes with 30 of them being in the last mish. Some badges are always nice.
What do you think? Maybe this might get people into PvP a little more, or at least have there be a little more back and forth between the populations. -

EDIT - OK, for the person who gave me the negative rep and hadn't the courage to leave a name, let me elaborate on my answer.
I know what TA says to be true because:
- the EU have 3 test server connections listed to choose from; of these, 2 are greyed out;
- having bought a NA account, I know the NA have 2 test servers;
- on said NA account I transferred a toon from Live to Test and was asked to which server I wanted the copy made to: Public test server or GR test server;
- seeing this implemented NA side, where there are 2 test servers, it seems a contrived excuse to say the same thing cannot be applied to EU when we have 2 test servers greyed out and sitting there idly.
So, either sand is being thrown in our eyes or the 2 extra test servers available to EU aren't there any more and should be removed from the list. Either way, once again it appears there isn't enough will on the part of whomever decides these things for equal treatment between both customer bases.
Finally and as a counter to the comment left as negative rep: yes. -

The NA copy tool has the option to choose whether you want to copy to the Mutant Pack test server or the GR test server. This would seem to imply that there is more than one test server available NA side.
As I recall, EU side had three test servers available. Are you saying one of those can't be tapped for a similar procedure?
I don't mind not being called for the GR Closed beta, as I'll be doing that content when it comes out. But I really would like to see the Mutant Pack before buying it.
And since the account I've just created NA side is still not letting me log onto the NA test server...
