Have to agree with Major. I really liked the DA arcs, especially the last two. The story needs to leave a few hooks to connect with what's coming so I understand how it could feel like it's incomplete. Still, it was better than what happened with First Ward.
Then again, I think First Ward needs to be revisited and more content added to it. Heck, Praetoria needed to go to full 50!

Not too sure but since it is a decision the mission owner has to take (as there are 2 different badges for that mission) maybe only the mission owner gets it. Even if said decision is made by others in the mission.

Two things:
- thank carrots for alignment change tokens
- don't know about equally hating heroes and villains... heroes get 2 more badges on the whole with this issue (2 arcs with badges in SC vs. the one in Cap)
