Can you say 4 times now, 2x on the same character, Now Marshal Brass as started a story arc prematurely...

I just had it happen again with a new character. The Radio contact this time. I did the Plague Bringer missions, then I check to see if the Legacy Chain mission was next or if it was the Hit List Arc. It was the Hit List Arc, so I closed the window and went to Cap to start Paper mission for KR Mayhem.

I did a Hellion Paper mission and the went and did the Invention quest at the university. After I finished it I noticed the "Story Arc Book Icon" on the Radio Contact.

So far I have taken one for 49-50(Shin Splint Thug/Dark) and one from 42-43(Agent Bester Fortunata), taking a break now. Be back later to level some more.

Controllers, Trolls, and Forum Trolls....

I did /bug both times it happened. Also Tried Support but as usual they cannot do anything about it.

I have had this happen 2 times. Once on each account.

The first one, I got the talk to Seer Marino mission. So I talked to her, and she offered me the Bloody Bay liazon, so I took the mission. I return and I get the book Icon even though I have not started the arc.

The other, was Dimitri Krylov. I did the first arc, I dropped the Facemaker notes mission. I never started the second arc, Spetznaz(sp) arc. But the book appeared.

Not long ago a patch was introduced that was suppose to keep this from happening.

Thanks it was fun. Sorry I could not stay for the PvP event, I probably would have lost that. But it looked like you had a great showing.

I just realized that the Tailors are not an auto assigned Contact. I just hit level 20 on my New Necro/Thermal MM(It is awesome btw) and Darin Wade popped up as an unlocked contact, and also Kalinda popped back to active for the cape mission. So why don't they Tailors show up as "Unlocked Contacts". This would really help with older characters, that have a few slots available, and you don't know which Tailors to talk to. Also it lets people know where to go to get the costume slots.

In my example. if you were under level 9 a Car would be your level, if you were 10+, then the car would be 10.

When i16 was released, many destructables items would scale to the level of the mission owner or a preset max limit. ie a Car would be lvl 5-10. This was good for lower level characters to work towards the badges. With the new patch these item are now set back to their max level.

Neither of these items were in either of the Patch Notes.

Was this an undocumented i16 QoL change, or was it orginally a bug and not noted in the new patch notes.

I liked the i16 version myself.

No Goals yet. I do have some 40+'s that I'll probably try to level up. My second account does need a lvl 50 hero, but I would like to knockout the 40-45 Praetorians first. So he may have to wait.

In the last room of the Barracuda SF, everyone on my team died except me. I backed off from Riechsman, and fought off all the ambushes until the team could come back.

DM/WP is like an energizer Bunny, your regen and recovery is already good. But add a Heal and Recovery Power on top of that you can keep going.
