Remember...

The old train system... Where the train took you to the next stop on the route. If that was not your station, you had to run around and get back on the train.

Tanks use to take the Presence pool, because Taunt was single target, and Provoke was an AoE Taunt. (My Fire/Fire Tank VIII was made during that time, and it still is not lvl 50, I think he is 46.)

It was tough keeping a Posi TF together... A mission would be in Boomtown, and some players were not high enough level to go, there would be team wipes in the first mission, and you lose half the team.

lvl 35+ Mobs killing people in KR and Steel all the time.

Red side here is pretty dead. Having been on some LRSF teams, it is important that people listen, as it is the hardest TF/SF in the game especially Mo runs.

It saddens me when players leave our server and/or the game.

I was going to do a badge thing tonight, but a new Chuck was on...

You still doing these? I only seen one announcement for them in game, but it filled by the time I could reply. I'd like to get Mo on my badger, and I don't mind helping out if others need it.

Put me down as an alternate, not sure if I'll be on. But I can bring AR/Dev Blater, PB, Ill/Rad Controller, Fire/Fire Tank, or Claws/Invuln Scrapper.

Since there was no i17 patch. I'll probably set something up for Sunday and Monday. Since I am watching the Draft.

One day, a scorpion looked around at the mountain where he lived and decided that he wanted a change. So he set out on a journey through the forests and hills. He climbed over rocks and under vines and kept going until he reached a river.
The river was wide and swift, and the scorpion stopped to reconsider the situation. He couldn't see any way across. So he ran upriver and then checked downriver, all the while thinking that he might have to turn back.

Suddenly, he saw a frog sitting in the rushes by the bank of the stream on the other side of the river. He decided to ask the frog for help getting across the stream.

"Hellooo Mr. Frog!" called the scorpion across the water, "Would you be so kind as to give me a ride on your back across the river?"

"Well now, Mr. Scorpion! How do I know that if I try to help you, you wont try to kill me?" asked the frog hesitantly.

"Because," the scorpion replied, "If I try to kill you, then I would die too, for you see I cannot swim!"

Now this seemed to make sense to the frog. But he asked. "What about when I get close to the bank? You could still try to kill me and get back to the shore!"

"This is true," agreed the scorpion, "But then I wouldn't be able to get to the other side of the river!"

"Alright then...how do I know you wont just wait till we get to the other side and THEN kill me?" said the frog.

"Ahh...," crooned the scorpion, "Because you see, once you've taken me to the other side of this river, I will be so grateful for your help, that it would hardly be fair to reward you with death, now would it?!"

So the frog agreed to take the scorpion across the river. He swam over to the bank and settled himself near the mud to pick up his passenger. The scorpion crawled onto the frog's back, his sharp claws prickling into the frog's soft hide, and the frog slid into the river. The muddy water swirled around them, but the frog stayed near the surface so the scorpion would not drown. He kicked strongly through the first half of the stream, his flippers paddling wildly against the current.

Halfway across the river, the frog suddenly felt a sharp sting in his back and, out of the corner of his eye, saw the scorpion remove his stinger from the frog's back. A deadening numbness began to creep into his limbs.

"You fool!" croaked the frog, "Now we shall both die! Why on earth did you do that?"

The scorpion shrugged, and did a little jig on the drownings frog's back.

"I could not help myself. It is my nature."

Then they both sank into the muddy waters of the swiftly flowing river.

Self destruction - "Its my Nature", said the Scorpion...

I actually made both runs. My Brute needs another couple of levels for his next attempt. Just glad I did not bring the Fire Armor brute, because no one had vengence

Badger, Badger, Badger...

So the other day in chat we got to talking about badges. I thoguht about setting up a Villain Badger Day or 2 or 3 or maybe even 4... Set up a schedule for certain Badges and plan of the unexpected ones. Popular badges and rare Badges are priority not counting any SF badges yet. Let me know what badges we should focus on...

1. Caleb
2. GV Flyer
3. Scrapyard
4. DeathSurge (Gremlins also, so that we can summon him)
5. Paragon Protectors in the Fab(Toxics are also there, along with the Crey Tanks for Gladiator)
6. Arena Badges (last Monday was a success for that)
7. Among Friends (Test AE mission with 8 man team)
8. Illusionist (Farm paper missions)
9. Titans (Farm Paper missions)
10. Trolls (Farm Paper missions)
11. Weatherman (only one mission has outcast boss and there may be 1 or 2 in the mission)

After I17 is released many MMs will need help to "Army of One". My Badger being one of them.

There are others. But I think that should work to get things started. Not sure which order, which days, etc.. But is there any intrest in this. Yes I know when GR goes live we can get them Blue side, but there are other badges to be gotten then

I don't remember you, but I am getting old....

I keep missing out... Wed. went out to eat, Thurs. had to log early because I needed to walk around, then the idiot box got me... NFL Total Access, Vamp Diaries, Supernatural, Fringe, CSI sucked so much I did not even finish watching it....

But I will make some.

That's not "Ferry at Cap au Diable" as there is no Monorail in Villains, that is Talos.

My Badger needs an Mo run. But I'd be will to join yea with a multitude of characters. After I get the Mo on Dragun(Merc/Dark MM), I'd be will to bring whatever is need to get the badge for others.

I do have plenty 40+ that also need normal runs...(2 are fire armor ouch!) Not intrested in Mo's for them though. But will take it if I can
