More of the social side of Group Formation, really. Though the tactical side would probably be a part of it too.
Knowing where to ask, keeping in contact with people you can rely on to join your team, things like that.
Edit: Generally speaking, teaching someone to be a team leader/star holder, or at least operate in a leading capacity when necessary.

Thank you all and thank you to all the veterans. I personally hold Veteran's Day much higher than Memorial Day. Memorial Day (a commonly taken off holiday) is held in memory of all who have fallen in the line fo duty, while that is great to do, Veteran's Day (a commonly unthought of holiday) is held in memoory of all who served, died, lived, or injured. I think it should be held in much higher regard (like Canada does) due to the fact that the ones who have died have gotten their rest and release, the ones that were injured or fell ill soldiered on. Arion...good luck man and definitely shows your courage.
