Annnnnnnnnnnnnd here are the screen grabs:
-
Season premier is on Sunday September 12th at 11:30 PM est. Here are the episode titles:
The Diving Bell Vs. The Butter-glider"
"Pomp & Circuitry"
"Every Which Way But Zeus"
"Everybody Comes to Hank's"
"Bright Lights, Dean City"
"Assisted Suicide"
"The Silent Partners"
"Operation: P.R.O.M."
There are some screen grabs HERE too. I will try to upload some later on.... -

By making him a supernatural force with a wild tattoo on his head.
OR
By making him a collection of stitched together parts that hunts monsters.
Either way, we lose....
Regarding OMIT, I still can not believe that a story this bad on a character this major is seeing print. -
-
Hmmmmmmmmmm - there are actually four items in the box:
- GR quick reference card (folds out to 4 pages with info on front and back)
- GR quick start guide (20 page book with good info and a great AT matrix)
- Map of the Rogue Isles / Paragon city on one side, Praetoria on the other side
- Razor coupon
The guide is pretty spiffy and long overdue - Paragon Studios did a nice job recreating this. However, it probably gets overlooked by 'veteran' users (such as myself) BUT is a great resource for new folks. -
Not sure if this has been mentioned elsewhere...
- Nice to see Arcanaville mentioned in the 'special thanks' section of the Going Rogue manual that comes with the game
- Sad to see that the 'rocket launch pads' have been removed from the Paragon City and Rogue Islands maps
- Great to see the full page GR ads in DC comics this week, as well as the mega-advertising on the CBR website
- BS17 -
I resolved my problem by re-installing my Alienware Command Center. Apparently it got hung up when launching and when I un-installed it I must have removed some .dll file.
Hopefully this helps... -
This is so not my night. Looking for advice (again)...
New Alienware PC, running Windows 7.
I had CoH running earlier tonight. Logged to get dinner, and when I launched it later on I get this hard crash error.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the game (Going Rogue disk). Same issue...
Crash log says the following:

End of file - 8385 bytesWhat is the 'skinning' program and how do I find it?Just got my new Alienware Aurora up and running last night. Installed the game today BUT I can not get the game to launch.
I have the CoH icon on my desktop, and when I double click it the Updater launches and I am able to click Next and I Agree to launch the game.
However, the only thing that seems to be happening is that the LOADING graphic appears on my screen and sits there....
Running Windows 7 - any and all advice is appreciated.Quote:Yup - I can get to the character select screen but nothing happens when I select a toon and click enter.Frozen in the login screen myself tri is not back up yet Sigh think i died alittle inside thinking about whats gonna happen when GR hits or even when i18 hits.
Feels as if its gonna be a bad next few weeks
Not a good sign after all the maintenance the past two weeks, and just days before GR goes live....Ahhhhhhhh......memories of threads that existed before the purge...before the Dark Times...before the Emp...wait!
Loved the trailer. Glad to see Asohka is a focus of the trailer, as she gained +rep from me when she took down Slave-1 alone last season.Quote:It is in The Dark Knight Returns, but may also be mentioned in other stories as well.I dont remember what series it was in, but at one point i recall in the comics him saying why he had a yellow chest symbol. Apparently he found it created a subconcious effect in the bad guys to shoot at the center of his body mass where he had the most protection.Quote:You are right...in reverse world!Yes, but all of Statham's movies are just as bad, if not worse, than Daredevil was.
Case in point - SnatchQuote:The only reason Daredevil has been relevant since 1979 is Frank Miller. Everyone since then has told stories with the 'toys' he left behind.Didn't Frank Miller write some of the best Daredevil stories during the era he was writing?
That said, I am not sure he is the best script writer out there....I guess this would still be allowed...I think.
Damn......
Good luck with everything. If you are ever up in Boston, give me a shout.I really, really like the idea of David doing a sketch of an attendee in costume as a prize. Mega-kudos to the person that thought up that idea.
I hope that the con goes well on the left coast; still looking forward to the upcoming events (NYCC) on the right coast.Quote:This is the part that...startles me. The system was designed properly and worked, but nobody discussed or challenged how good/fun/as useful/desirable it was before it went into Beta?As Beta gets bigger and more and more people get involved, of course things that seemed brilliant at initial inception are going to show theie flaws. Thats kind of the whole point of beta.
Posi's post implies they had a fully functioning first tier of the incarnate system, everything worked...but it just wasn't any good/fun/as useful/desirable to use as intended.
Thats not their fault, its something that only could only come to light as more players, experienced players get a grip at the system.
Now I bet that there were these discussions internally. However, this shows me that there is a HUGE disconnect between what the Devs consider good/fun/as useful/desirable and what the Beta players consider good/fun/as useful/desirable.
I guess it is good that it is being pulled based on feedback, but this never should have gotten this far....Quote:Based on what Posi said, the slot was working as intended but players had little to do once they unlocked it. When they discovered that the Alpha slot did not exemplar down, player feedback must have really started to roll in....You guys must be reading a different release to me. I read it as the Alpha slot didn't stand on it's own as well as hoped and really needs the other levels to work so they are waiting to release it closer to I19 so that players don't feel like they wasted their time.
