I agree with Garent, since you can't stack the achilles -resistance proc from the same caster it's a waste to put it in so many attacks. At most, I would put it in one single target and one AOE.
I would put damage procs in place of the others. In fact, you might consider using 2 acc/dam HOs, 1 range SO and three procs in each single target rad attack.
I would also consider 6 slotting obliterations in your PBAoE. -

I have talked with you in the game and on the forums and find you to be a good and helpful person. But no matter how good and helpful you may be, someone will always disagree with you. Some of those that disagree with you may be just as nice or they may be jerks.
It's not worth the effort or the mental anguish to try and figure out why other people disagree with you to the point that they click a little button that results in negative reputation.
Just go with the flow and keep being the best you that you can be and let the others worry about themselves. You can't control what other people think or do and you'll be happier if you don't try to or even think about it. -

By keeping track of XP earned in an AE mission and relating it to the XP earned by defeating the same number of foes of the same level in a normal Mission. It should be pretty easy to gauge who's intentionally exploiting the system.

How do you compare the force field defender soloing on -1 x 1 to the IOed brute going at +4 x 8?
How do you compare defeating 80 minions and 20 lts to 60 minions, 20 lts, and 20 bosses, or EBs, or AVs.
You really can't fairly compare one mission to another.
Please stop trying to impose your morality and vision of the game on the rest of us. I don't want to play the game that you propose. Luckily for me, you don't get to make these decisions.
P.S. I am not an exploiter. I have never been banned, or even warned. But, of course, you will claim that I am for the mere fact that I disagree with you. -

I prefer the anonymous system. Back in early beta testing of MA, your opinions of an arc were e-mailed directly to the author.
I submitted my comments and got a rather pointed response explaining to me how my opinion was wrong. After that, I stopped submitting comments and only used stars. I don't need or want to argue about my tastes in mission arcs. -

To be fair, I don't think AE missions should be rated for whatever rewards they do or don't hand out, because a lot of that is beyond the creator's control.
On the other hand, I rarely rate anything less than 3. It has to be really bad to get a 2 or 1 star from me. I may frequently quit something and not rate it all for a variety of reasons. But I figure if you put in at least a little effort you should get some tickets out of it.
I do think that rewards are in the mix to consider, because if I spend 30 minutes to an hour doing someone's arc, I expect to get at least close to what I would have from a regular mission. Otherwise, I feel I have wasted time and effort doing that arc, regardless of how well written the dialogue was, instead of progressing my character.
Other people have different standards than me and rate according to their standards. That's fine by me. But please don't tell me how I should rate something. My rating is my opinion. You may not agree with it, you may not even like it, but it is my opinion and I am entitled to it.
