How would I fix FF?
I would add a small but stackable amount of -regen on force bolt.
While FF is an awesome buff set, it, like empathy, really lacks in the debuff department. Being able to stack -regen on hard targets would make FF much more soloable and make it much more desireable to have on TFs.
If you were building a team for a TF, do you limit the number of emps and FFers you invite or at least think about it? Would you ever place a similar limitation on rad? -
They might be in our future.
David Nakayama said in a recent article:
Quote:Here's a link to the full article.I would definitely love to do a big, Gundam-inspired anime set. That'd be awesome. I think the players would dig it, too.
I found this article better than most of the other Going Rogue ones. Less hype and more design philosophy. -
You'll want to copy that list of eight a couple more times, DB.
SPOILERS AHOY!! Do not continue reading if you like surprises.
CoP trial can have up to three full teams of eight. And you need as many as you can get in those three teams because you have to take out three separate groups and the pylon they are guarding almost simultaneously (within 30 seconds of each other).
You'll want to have the teams fairly balanced on DPS and buffs/debuffs. Resistance is generally better than defense as rularu eyeballs have insane accuracy and some wisps' psy attacks bypass defense.
The two hardest parts are getting the coordination and timing down to get all three pylons within the 30 seconds. The next hard part is overcoming the AV's regen. Most AV's have high regen, this one has absurd amounts and a shield that periodically makes him untargettable and lets him get back to full health. If you don't have a lot of regen debuffers you'll want to have chemical warheads and envenomed daggers. I also find HVAs to be better than Shivans for this because they have a -regen attack and they prefer to stay at range.
Your melee characters might also want to bring some yellows as the AV sometimes uses hurricane and debuffs the hell out of tohit. -

Welcome back!
Does this mean it's time for an all Kheldian Cathedral of Pain? -
For the past week to ten days the forum periodically forces me to log in again.
I usually have the forums up in the background at work and as I play. I frequently don't look at them for hours, even though they are open. But lately, when I come back and try to look at a thread, it makes me log in again.
Is anyone else haveing this same issue? It's not a big deal, but it is rather annoying to have to re-log periodically when up until now I have gone years without the necessity of re-logging. -
If we could only find such a database of knowledge . . .

I think it's clear we should all pack our bags and go home. This game is dead.

His website is worth looking at:
Quote:Fire Kin Masters Super Group was founded by "Fire Kin Master X" on December 29, 2009. Welcome to Fire Kin Masters Super Group the best super group ever created because here we tend to everyones needs and our goal is to make the game as enjoyable as possible as a group.
Now as we all know 99% of the Super groups to day arnt worth much.
Why? becasue they are ran by people who have abosolutley no idea of what they are doing.
Here at Fire Kin Masters Super Group your are provided with every possible service you can think of and each person is treated as and individual and not as a group. Also the is a ZERO afk policey unless you notifey your immidiate supervisor of your absence(s) so it can be noted of for future use. Now one of the things that Fire Kin Masters Super Group speacializes in is education becasue do you rember when you first started playing the game and you had no idea of what you were doing or even how to level up well that is what a super group can help its players with if needed. Our goal is to make the game more playable as a whole and to gather all of Paragons most elite players in one place.
Fire Kin Master's Super Group also participates and host "CC Contests" held on the Freedom Server in Atlas Park these CC Contest do not have dates most of the time but for the big time prizes they will have a scheduled date. Also TF's and Badges are a regulare thing if you need a badge TF or accolaide we shall try our hardest to get it to you individually, unlike 99% of super groups that do not do individualy help. -
Quote:You gotta have priorities, man.Sort of like my repeated PvP bugfix requests go more or less unanswered other than a patch here-or-there to fix the really broken stuff, yet when I file one bug report for "/em alakazamreact doesn't work right in Dwarf form" or "there is a -jump debuff on Shadow Fall" they get fixed. Go figure.

Let's all invade Pinnacle's Praetoria and team together as disgruntled customers from another server!
-
They are aware of the problem and working on it. No ETA for a resolution at the moment.
Ocho said so -
Quoting myself from another thread:
Quote:The best advice I have heard is to make a character on an alternate server and transfer them over when the store and free transfers comes back on line. You can e-mail your praetorian whatever they might need.
I know it's not ideal and that the current status sucks. I wanted to make my Praetorian on my home server, Justice, but can't.
But at least this is a work around. -

Well, one would think that having the online store open on the day their new product releases would be a good thing so that people can, you know, buy it?
-
I hear they are going to merge Zunkunft and Defiant into one server called "Doomkoff"
-
This problem has been going on since yesterday. I filed a support ticket and was told they are aware of the problem and are working on it.
But I am terribly frustrated at being unable to make a Praetorian on Justice.
. . . Although completing the CoP was a very nice consolation prize. -
The Items of Power are now awarded randomly and individually instead of to the SG. They last 7 days and then expire. But the IoPs are essentially the same ones. Additionally, completing the CoP and choosing an IoP as a reward grants the coveted Power liberator badge.
-
Cathedral of Pain is active once again and must be run through the SG computer.
Not much for base building but at least it gives folks another reason to use the base and gives the hero SG computer a purpose beyond cosmetic. -
Quote:Also having the exact same issue. Is there an issue preventing me from redeeming character slots on Live right now? I've had two from before the patch and when I try to redeem one, I get a prompt explaining that 'The additional slot will appear on your character select screen as soon as your request has been completed and validated.' My 'Redeem Slot' message goes down by one, I think that's fine, nothing shows up on my character roster, I back out, go back in, and nothing has changed except that the 'Redeem Slot' message has gone back up from 1 to 2 slots available.
What gives?
I opened a support ticket to make them aware of the issue. I suggest everyone experiencing the problem do the same. -
Quote:Me too.I get a note telling me that i've applied my slots and they are being processed. However I back out the server and re-enter and the slots are there ready to be claimed again.
Sure it'll sort it's self out soon enough!
I need the slot to make a Praetorian!!!
