I understand that the servers need to come down to apply patches and to perform maintenance, But why can't we do both at once.
It's frustrating when the game is unavailable when you want to play it and it's worse when it's twice a week and happens rather regualrly. -
We're all one big social experiment to him.

Hmmm . . . then you probably need to change your forum settings.
Go to "User CP" on the top left of this page.
Then look at the left side of the page it opens up. There's a list of different settings and options.
Click "Edit Options" then look towards the bottom of the page. Third from the bottom is Message Editor Interface. Set that to "Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing."
Then come back and try the "Go Advanced" editing described above. -
I think having everyone under one roof facilitated communication and engendered goodwill among the parties.

To color part of your post (without learning code) just edit your post and choose "advanced" on the little tab at the bottom. Between "Fonts," "Sizes," and the little smiley face that opens the emoticon options is a capital letter "A" with a black line under it.
Click on the little arrow next to the "A" and choose your color. Then highlight the text you want to color. -

I'm not sure what the base regen is for the AV, but would it be more practicle and more effective to go for damage instead? STF is always much easier with 3 or 4 blasters instead of 3 or 4 -regen.
If you can out damage his regen before he puts on his personal force field, then sure damage is better. The problem is that he's huge sack of hipoints, with high regen, AND an impenetrable force field. If regains all his HP while shields are up you will not be able to win with just DPS.
That said, it may be possible to kill him out an out in the first round with damage and -resistance, but I have not seen that done. -
Caltrops is overpowered.
You can stick more procs in them than a convention of proctologists in Las Vegas. -
I was just reading a recent issue of X-Men and was VERY pleased to see an advertisement for Going Rogue.

I think OCR and marketing dropped the ball on the new party pack. It may end up being profitable for them and that's cool with me because I like the game and the people who make it.
But their lack of response to a mostly negative reception from the players does not sit well. -
I got tired of this discussion a few days ago.
Removing it from my "favorites" seems like the thing to do now. -

You get 3 free power picks.
While it's true that slotting powers makes them better, there are more than 3 powers available that can make characters better even without slots. -

Hmmm . . . I wonder if those Order numbers are sequential. If so, they made 30,718 transactions between your first order and your last and 58 between your last two.
Of couse, not every transaction will have been a party pack transaction. And if I recall, the store is for all NCSoft products.
But still, 30 thousand transactions in two days is pretty impressive, I think. -
I like big and fancy, but not the anime style that you linked. I find that they take forever.

I had fences early in my elec/elec build and got rid of it. I didn't find that it did anything worth the amount of endurance it consumed.
It generates but does not really control aggro. I don't need it for end drain as all my other powers do that.
Maybe if I had a couple of procs in it I would feel differently. But out of the box, it was my least favorite elec power. -

Honestly, I don't get it. It's not like "The Man Without Fear" title means anything. You don't get the Eye of Agamotto or the keys to the Batcave.
Hell, you probably don't even get a certificate suitable for framing.
I was thinking of looking into Shadowland because some of the peeks I've seen looked interesting. Not so sure now.
