VEATS and HEATS are both Range/Melee with some form of armor (resist/defense). I want to see something totally different. I want Control primary /Armor secondary (stalker equivalent). I want to control to be a less of a mag than controllers and dominators, but do more damage. I would call these guys Riot Control. Then the second Epic AT would have Armor(Scrapper equivalent) /Pets(without BG mode) with melee instead of range. I would call them Enforcers.

someone said that the reason they merged the euro servers, American servers and now tested the server strength and load was to prep for server merging. Is this true or someone just yanking my chain?

I love my Pb more than my WS, but I do wish my PB's pets were kinda like WS. I dont mean using a dead body to form them, I just like that they dont explode and they can help attack.

They would need a new tier9 for the armor since they can get hibernate with the PPP, but I would like to see it. I would rather see fire armor for stalkers.

On my Archery/Dev I selected Soul Mastery for my PvE build.
1. Aim
2. RoA
3. Fist Full of Arrows
4. Soul Tentacles
5. Night Fall
6. Repeat if needed
I built my guy to have a crap load of recharge and HP. -

SGU was by far the best SG series. The characters were more realistic IMO than the rest. I wish they would bring the series back for atleast one more season. I found a petition on the internet to sign to keep it on air. I know I cannot post the link to it on this forum, but just do a google search for Bureau of Petitions and seach entertainment for it.

This build for PvE, PvP or both? Just wanted to ask because this could determine the type of advise you would get.
This build basically looks like an all human build with Light Form. In my human form PB I did not use the fighting power pool. I decided to use the leadership Power Pool instead. The extra to-hit from tactics is worth its weight and the ability to slot another LoTG +recharge in maneuvers helps. Because I have a high recharge bonus and felt that whatever damage I get I could heal fast enough from and tough was not needed (IMO). -
I am a big fan for an all human PB; however for the BAF and LAM I spent a few mil and now use a Tri Form build. 90% of the time I am in Nova Form shooting from the sky unless I need to take agro from the ambushes and I switch to Dwarf on a BAF. On a LAM I mainly use Dwarf build until the final AV I rotate back and forth between Nova and Dwarf.

I also wish WS/PB's get Hasten in all forms. -
They only thing I wish they would do to PB's is to give them some form of Immob i dont care if they add it to Pulsar or Proton Scatter. I just want to be able to stun and Immob. That is why when heroes could get PPP I wanted Kheldians to get them too, but we all know how that went
I guess I played a controller to long...lol
