It's not mathematically impossible to keep a five star rating. Looking at IMDB there's three movies that's done so (has a rating of 9 and up, which would translate to 4.5 rounded up to 5). The Shawshank Redemption (1994), The Godfather (1972) and The Godfather: Part II (1974). Those are the only three movies ever made that manages it, however.

So if you think your arc is the Godfather of CoH, then go ahead and strive for a 5 average. Those of us without hubris will be thrilled with a 4 average.

Prices on Pool A's have dropped like a rock and Pool C/Ds are down a bit. Bronze rolls were the obvious choice which increased the supply of them quite a bit and the weighted rolls from pool C/D has increased the supply of the useful ones. This is a great time to IO out your character. Only reason not to is because it might get cheaper. Purples and Hami-Os will only get more expensive however.

Common/Uncommon salvage prices are up, rare salvage prices are down a LOT.

MG is a bigger problem, it needs 234% recharge, which means 70% from hasten, say 95% slotted and then 69% global.

You need 116.5% recharge, which means that with Hasten you need 46.5% global. I have no idea what you've done with your SL if you have problem running that chain.

So we'll need a new physics engine. Then a Big Red Ball. It's worth it.

Why would you take Stamina and not Dark Consumption? DC would save you two power slots to use and add a little bit of AoE damage. That could be used for Shadow Maul to get some more AoE damage (with the 7' range now I don't see how you could avoid getting atleast two enemies each use) and possibly Weave to help you against non-S/L damage.

I consider it to be the best hero inherent of them all. I played before punchvoke and I play after punchvoke and if you ever make me go back, my tanker will go byebye. Tanking without it just isn't any fun.

You forgot the much lower endurance cost. Right now Fly is so worthless that even though I try to vary my travel powers, I don't have it on anyone. 2nd in cost, 4th in speed and accuracy debuff? For what? Safety? Sure, you can leave the comp while flying without worrying, but that's the only advantage over Super Speed. I've never, ever been aggroed by mobs I didn't wish it with SS running. I've never been killed while travelling at all after getting a travel power, actually.

Give Fly something, anything making it worthwhile. Atleast worthwhile for us who don't dream about flying or think it's inherently "cool".
