Hello everyone.
I wanted to start playing this game and I bought it from the NCSoft store. DL'd it as normal and activated it, got all my passwords (the master one and the game one). And yet when I try to log into the game, it says my password is incorrect. I tried everything - changing the password on my NCSoft account, disabling/enabling caps/numlock, I checked the spelling a 100 times and I'm sure there are no errors. Anybody knows what's going on or, even better, had similar problems and solved them?
The NCSoft help site isnt so helpful as there are only similar problems with Aion and it states that you need to change the version from EU to US (or vice versa).
