I am softcapped and cheap build.. Really is!!!!

2 builds both softcapped one sits at 46% all positional
other is 48%.

I slot elude with just lotg +rech and that is it

Oh and never have I taken tough or weave.

Really not needed but it is a nice cushion to have to some. I tend to skip since it 2 more toggles that arent needed and 3 powers that could be used for something else

I like mine the best...

You can easily farm merits in small amount of time frame. 67 merits in 40ish mins...

I just did a mids build for bs/sr 50%+ melee/range/aoe

Without tough and weave

Of course didnt save it since was just playing

3xd is fun and can with a little know how can tank 8 man spawns

Unfortunately there really is no way to maximize the more you have the more it hurts

I have tried in both toggle and click.. I see far more benefit from a toggle. When I have it in a toggle it goes off more often.. granted it not always when you want it to. But I take the more chances of it going off then in BU or AIM..


Example of this although poor analogy. Would you slot a Numi in reconstruction or fast healing..

Bottom line is play what you want and what you enjoy...

Listening to this and that is nice.. Bottom line is don't let people decide how you are going to play..

Almost any toon is survivable in PvP
