    It is not needed. If you have desire to try, take it..

    Tough is a good mule for the +3% defense. But it so easy to soft cap with sets and can be done for reasonable influence to accomplish.

    Is this in a PVP zone?? Only thing I can think of. SR will only give Melee,ranged and AOE

    This! I ran most of flashbacks from (I forget now the levels).. No SFs or ITFs and I finished with enough for 10 gold merit rolls.

    I also have came to the conclusion for myself is not even worry about unlocking contacts and story arcs. Far more easier to do it in Ouro since if you doing a flashback that places you at 19 you have to lvl 24 powers.

    Far easier doing this way then running when you are 19.. And no I dont PL just lots of newspapers (all those badges for accolades)

    Actually they could accommodate a pvp server.
    What they end up doing is allow free transfers to and fro from that one server. After you are done you are only allowed to transfer back to server that character came from.

    Hey it an idea.

    I did take TK as an experiement but use it rarely.

    Its been a lot of fun.

    On a team Mass Hypnosis is a waste.. Since most gear for the AoE dmg. First hit on a foe and they awake and ready to attack.

    YOu have enough mitigation to not warrant a self heal.

    Hurricane snow storm, freezing rain Rain of Fire lightning storm

    No self heal needed

    Yeah defenders suck that's why villains actually started to vacate RV yesterday afternoon when there were 3 defenders present..

    I try to slot where I room. If I decide yo utilize I like to slap it on the 2 quickest recharge attacks since it is unpredictable when it does go off..

    So I prefer to have a few more chances of it going

    From what I have seen Flurry is a joke... Lvl 50 scrap had it unslotted in arena and it does piddly dmg.. Mids is so broke on PvP it is not even worth looking at the #'s plus thanks to DR

    Well honestly you won't dominate. But you will have tons of fun..

    Yes ice is a little short on damage, but anything is workable now in pvp.

    Yeah for PvP.. I throw Mids out the window..
    Would be nice if accurate but come on the Devs don't even know how DR fully works except it working as intended

    Any primary/secondary can have success in PvP.. How much of success??

    Who knows. I know with my /sr I have taken out fully purp/pvp opponents.

    Bottom line is it all depends on the skill of keyboardist.

    I skipped both on my Mind/Fire I went all range attacking. Yeah I have to closer for terrify and breath but after that I get far away as possible..

    Works quite well
