That's a shame - fighting 2 minions, 2 lieuts and a Tarantula Queen generally leaves me needing Healing Flames a couple of times - if it isn't going to be as effective now I maw as well just commit suicide at their feet

My comment on your current favourite choice is 'Mmmmmmmmmmmmm...' that looks damn fine. I am currentl;y using the Xfx nVidia 9800GT - 512Mb, 650Mhz and that plays CoX and Assassins Creed on full Gfx so you should be fine with the 9800GTX

On a similar but slightly different note - with the i13 changes to PvP self-heal has been adjusted as far as I have been able to discern. How would this affect me in RV - not PvP'ing, just pillbox/arachnos hunting? Would my fire tanks heal still be poorer than it once was?

And for the love of god get rid of the bloody fog!!!

I have this problem intermittently - it is either really bad, or non-existant. Doesnt seem to matter when I play or which computer I play on - just at times it is really bad for mapservers - others it isnt...

Iirc when I went down there looking for it (with vidiotmap overlay) the plaque was invisible - I got it by randomly clicking the area where it should have been lol! Honestly - why would someone put a plaque in an abandoned sewer system??? lol

Yeah abandoned sewers it is - still a sod to find even in right area zone lol - took me AGES!

Most people have this problem with the Dimensional Warder badge. It took me many hours of anguish going through them all again till I got the elusive one! The three contacts you need are Tina Macintyre, Maria Jenkins and Unai Kemen if I recall correctly - may be worth checking Unai if yuou havent already!

The thing that keeps me playing CoH at the moment is badges, therefore:

Main: Golden-Phoenix
Powers: Fire/Fire Tanker
Goals: Complete the badge set and Fully IO her

Well I abused my second build last night and took flight, ss and sj. Managed to get the Bronze and Silver with Flight (although it took a few goes) but i think 30 secs is abt the best I am going to get out of that power lol.

I really can't do the whole skiing thing - can anyone give useful pointers to a ski novice?? I always miss pretty much every gate

Personally maths doesnt enter my head when playing. I work on the bais of 'if i feel comfortable, run with it'. To me a fight is a fight - as a level 50 tanker attempting to solo purples doesnt worry me but I do know that a mob of lvl 54 Bosses/Lieuts is too much to handle. I think a lot of the thinking behind this could be down to relating back to when you were a lowbie who wouldn't go within 100 yards of anything above Orange for fear if instant death. As you level up and gain power and confidence you know you can handle the higher level mobs and don't want to be seen as weak among peers by fighting mere orange/red mobs.

On the basis of 'inf is inf' I will fight whatever is in front of me and enjoy the ride however hard it is!

I too couldnt log on at about 8pm but for some reason Vista had decided to remove CoX from the firewall exceptions list - readded then and it started working agin. Stupid Vista!!!

I had a go at stacking last night - it is such hard work to get it to stack properly!!!!! Eventually I got too tired and went to bed lol
