I'm confused on the #1 do you want a team to report every at they have like that or just a line up they bring to a match? Your list alone would take hours..:P

if your going for a team build on a defender then you can drop fitness to get the leadership but if your going for specifically a team build you can count on cms or em's from a pain dom...you should be able to build a toon without stam and on an 6-8 team vig should give you enough of a end discount and the +'s from the ios (num miracle etc..and geas or ras and abs from an emp). like barrier said - proc out your attacks plus the ice blast hold always comes in handy

back on point...I would say gl with a league but a partial roster partial draft sound sketch at best...Just to play devils advocate...suppose you get 10 man teams 5v5 6 weeks of matches and it's 5 roster, 5 draft? Even if you do everyone plays you can (and you know people will) do roster/picks/roster to win.
Plus what is to stop anyone from stacking? say I register with 5 people roster then get 4 or more to sign up as picks...even If I am late in the first round I am going to end up with a team of 6-8 people I know who can pvp...
I would say you have to go captains and full draft... -

I made a mind earth just for that reason - I can tell you earth assualt is not great because almost every attack requires your target be on the ground - ice might be a good match or grav if they have no kb but since sj is pretty defacto in pvp your running aroudn spamming your atks (I will say seismic smash is nice..). I find I rely more on the mind powers..if you're on a good team you can rush in and get some ea powers off (i drive by ssmash for fun)...but it is hard to pvp with without the ranged dmg

interested as in -
a. Signing up
b. being captains
c. practicing with new folks
d. sticking out a season.... -

but like i said it was supposed to be more fun than barn burner VR vs Velocity fights...I know for a fact some of the newer people even offered to pretend not to be there so their team could win and the vets said "no way" you showed up you play. That was the spirit of the league. If anyone wants to rebuild pvp and a new ladder I would say start with a league first. Get enough people to know who the vets are, what is viable in team arena and have fun, then you can get to the level of ladder pvp fights. -

a draft works perfectly fine. Teams are not random at all as most people find out in picking, the captains pick who they know at first. Ajax was 4th in line and was so worried that someone would pick fulc before he got him. It turned out the other three captains had other people in mind anyway and he got his pick. The goal of a league is not to be competitive, that is what the ladder is for. The goal for the league first and foremost was to get new people interested in arena pvp and to have fun.
The ladder was for competitive pvp the league was for fun. The league always became not fun when people got too competitive. Complaints about rules, pst's about cheating and etc..that's why we are adamant about the everyone plays rule. -

not sure I would be so quick to say pb on a rad therm corr as there is not as much that benefits from PB as being able to take assault and tactics and get hibernate might be a better option.
It depends on how you play it - if your going to be using the stun pb will come in handy as it will for forge (giving out to hit) for kickball that would be nice...but in a 2v2 no perception can screw you... -

try spending the whole match with mage up your hoo ha..that's why when emps are cap mage gets picked first.

The PvPec has run every major draft style league event (TPvPLs and IPvPLs I-III), if I'm not mistaken. A draft type event would need their official advertising to be successful, especially at a time like this.
The PvPec is also under new leadership from what I understand. I'm not vouching for or against them - but - let them do their part. Let's make sure we do our end. Remember the last TPvPL. It collapsed because there was a huge void in player communication between team leaders. That wasn't the PvPec's fault - it was ours.
God bless anyone who wants to take on setting something up like this...and anyone who thinks they can do better...do it and don't ***** at people who try. -
