sorry I can't import you build so I am going line by line - three recharges in phase is way overkill 1 is just fine (the no phase makes it overkill). You can put lotg recharges in cj and grant invis..if you are going for a team buffer then to hit is really not your concern. Same goes for the perception io in aim. 41 kb will stop everything but powerthrust and force bolt..

You want ranges in your heals and em - you should shoot for recharge and +hp as well as higher kb. if you are strictly a team buffer you need to get heals in as far a range as possible and want them up as fast as possible.

I like fire over ill anyhow - pets move much faster for targeting screws and move in such a random hop pattern - PA is time limited where as Imps stay till dead (you or them).
Depending on how you build you can hp cap a fire/emp troller easy...
I would take phase over hiber - you get powerboost, temp invuln for better dmg res (epics now give across the board dmg res) and if you need it conserve power or the ranged attack to slot for hp...plus powerboosted heals...natch -

it's very fun to play - web nades ftw - you get nice to hit and def + stealth and capped perception - just figure out how you want to play. stationary with tp foe and trip mines or more mobile.

Funnier still we say that to rick on vent..so yeah. Again. Ask Fates...he is in game right now, send him a tell...so whoever gives you your information on what happens on our vent needs to take better notes.
