Paragon seems to be a pretty popular name for a lot of things.
Just around this area, there's a brass quintet, an OB/Gyn practice, a cardiology group, a data systems group, a real estate investment trust... -
Sadly, I'm also in the "Saturday is booked" category. I hope it goes well, though. I'd really like to see raids more often than say once every three months.
-
But still trying to figure out how to shot web.
-
Good thinking having the Titan sites auto-redirect to this thread, Tony.

Based on test server observations, Ocho seems like he'd be fun to sit at the bar and have a beer with in a completely unofficial capacity. He could regale you with stories about BAB and his bull whip.
-
I should be coming back round to my level 40 Tank in the next couple of days. He hasn't run any of the respecs yet. Maybe I could provide some aggro monkey action if I'm on when you get ready to run this.
-
I have to imagine running the Rooster Teeth arcs with RvB superfan Cath on the team would make the experience much more entertaining than running without.
-
Only in the event that no one reads this and says, "Hey, that sounds like a good idea. I think I'll put a raid together tonight."
-
Someone's putting a raid together tonight?
(Noting that the original post was dated last week.) -

And since you're still relatively new, if you haven't already joined Triumph Watch and you're trying to find it in the global channel list, you'll find two channels:
Triumph Watch 2.0 - moderated
Triumph Watch 2.1 - not moderated
(Edit: Az makes a good point.) -
All the time I spend
Editing and patrolling
And I still missed that.
I guess I forget
That "Rad" equals "Energy".
I feel so ashamed. -
They're weak against Rad?
This is surprising to me.
I did not know that. -

Feedback recapped from another post I made:
My personal observations:
1) Fantastic new badge art. Told Mod 8 that whoever designed the art work should be given serious kudos. I would also extend my opinion on this to the other various icons and textures (i.e. the banners) with related designs.
2) I love having options. The Halloween event now gives you four options if you wish to participate in the event. You can hunt Eochai and Jack, Trick-or-Treat, chase after Zombie hoards, or play capture the flag(s) to battle against the Deadly Apocalypse. And, of course, you still have the option of just blowing all of it off and running the same content you'd usually be running if that's your preference.
3) The new Deadly Apocalypse badges seem relatively easy to earn. That's a good thing. It should be possible to earn the Accolade within about four or fewer instances of the event with even a tiny bit of effort. This should be much easier than getting that Unseelie badge was the first year it was added. Badge fiends rejoice!
There was some discussion that it might be nice to see the Greater Aspect marked on the map when it spawns so that it's easier to find. We were told that feedback would be passed along to the developers.
Cath also suggested that when the Greater Aspect spawns, it should spawn with with Lightning Bolt animation so that no matter where you are in the zone, you can see the flash of lightning reaching all the way into the sky. I'd love to see something like that. -
Managed to get back on shortly after my last post here. Turns out all of Atlas Park crashed. Cath was disappointed to find that there was no badge for that part of the event.
Got on Cath's team with Mod 8, St0n3y3, Azrhiaz, and Cherry and we proceeded to put the hurt on the new event spawns.
Got a lot of good info for Paragon Wiki. (Halloween Event 2009 at Paragon Wiki)

Well, it was fun for a few minutes, anyway. Got mapserved in Atlas when we started attacking the Banner of Fiends. When I try to get back in on the same character, all I get is an error saying I'm still logging out. When I try a different character I get a DB connection timeout.
Guess I'll have to grab the info for the wiki later. -
I've been looking forward to checking this out since I saw the new badge art.
And I even have the day off, so I can go play around on Test. Yay! -
That was fun. Finally got the Demolitionist badge on my MM... which means now I can start bringing my Dark/Dark and mass rezzing!
-
Very early on I made a decision to play at least one character of every AT to 50. I now have 2 Blasters, 2 Controllers, 2 Defenders, 1 Peacebringer, 2 Scrappers, 5 Tankers, 1 Warshade, 2 Arachnos Soldiers, 1 Arachnos Widow, 3 Brutes, 2 Corruptors, 2 Dominators, 3 Masterminds, and 1 Stalker. Of those, Arachnos Widow, Corruptor, and Peacebringer are the only ATs that haven't reached 50 at least once.
I've since expanded my goal to playing every power set to 50 at least once. At present, I have about 30 power sets I haven't put into a build yet.
My very first character was my Invulnerability/Super Strength Tank. He's remained my favorite character since then and was my first to 50. He's still my go-to character for TF runs, crafting IOs for all my other characters, badge collecting, etc.
I would have to say that as far as favorite builds goes, my Dark/Dark/Dark Defender is a very close second. A big part of that is the value inherent in mass rezzing a near-wipe of an entire raid with a single shot of Howling Twilight. One well-placed mass rez can turn the tide of the entire raid.
My favorite villains are my Ninja/FF Mastermind and my Fire/Dark Brute. The Mastermind plays very differently from every other AT and feels more strategically oriented. That makes for a nice change of pace every now an again. Fire/Dark seems to be a relatively uncommon combination of powers for Brutes, but the HP rollercoaster of Dark Regen coupled with Fire Melee's aggro potential is quite entertaining.
Both of those villains took some work. I didn't just sit back and watch the fights play out. The Ninjas constantly kept me on my toes trying to keep them under control. That's more difficult than it sounds when you turn around to bubble a teammate and lose sight of that Genin who then bolts to aggro the next spawn. The Brute had to do a lot of walking on that thin line between "not enough aggro to peg the Fury meter" and "3-second faceplant".
I don't think I've met a power set I couldn't find some value in. And I don't think I've ever found any one power in the game that I couldn't find some good use for. (Not that some aren't obviously better than others, but everything has its time and place for use.) -
Does it really matter if all you do is spend all your time at the tailor?
-
I blame Karl for not sending one of those to my front door.
