Quote:If I brought my Plant Dom, it would almost feel like dirty RPing. I don't know if I'd be comfortable with that.We have LOTS of plant doms, going against the mac-daddy of the Devouring Earth, source of thorns, herders, blackroses, fungoids, etc...

Quote:*shock*Sorry I am late posting in this thread, but the snow monster was chasing me!
I know that place! That's where I'm going this weekend. -
You're up against either the Super Bowl this weekend or VD next weekend.
... I bet you get a better turnout next weekend. -
If I were going to be in town this weekend, I'd be in with one of these:
Ninja/FF MM
Fire/Dark Brute
Plant/Thorn Dom
Crab Soldier
Claws/Ninjitsu Stalker
But I won't be around this weekend.
I look forward to hearing the results if you guys run one. -

I'm planning on being there Sunday. I'll be on my Dark/Dark Defender by default, but I'm always willing to switch up if there's something we else we need worse as people start arriving.
I should be able to make it to help with EoE farming for about an hour tonight if we're still starting at 8:00 EST. (Unless I get stuck at doing things at work or something - eww.) -

Woo! A Sunday gathering of the congregation at the high, holy church of Hami.

Pff.
Buncha whiners in here.
My home team's so bad I gave up watching football over a decade ago.

Once you've joined the channel, open your Friends Window. (That link needs a little updating, but it's still mostly accurate.)
In the Friends Window, select Triumph Watch 2.0 or Triumph Watch 2.1 from the dropdown. This will show you a list of everyone currently online who is a member of the channel and not hidden. Moderators will be marked with a star to the left of their global name.

Once you've found the global id of a channel moderator, you can send them a tell using the /tell command.
Code:Edit: Ninjaed!/tell @global_id, message

I think that was one of the fastest raids I've been part of, too. Gathering, forming teams, explaining strategy for new folks, and actual raiding were under an hour all together. I think the actual raiding portion itself only took about 20 minutes.
Seriously, excellent work, everyone. -
I consider any raid where I'm on a team that manages to survive a bloom with no faceplants a success. We almost managed two of 'em this time.
Fun raid. Good work! -

I'm afraid I must disagree.
Pants on the ground exist in a state of both pants and no pants. It is only once the pants are pulled up from the ground or left behind that they take on the state of only pants or no pants.
pantsontheground = Schrödinger'spants.

Quote:As sixecks mentioned above, it's actually the Supergroup Registrar's desk in Port Oakes (inside the Arachnos building at the Marconeville marker).Threat Assessment map at the Grandville entrance to Recluse's Victory.
It always strikes me as odd that the RV threat assessment map is located in Port Oakes when the entrance to the zone is located in Grandville. -
Imagining how that went makes me laugh. I'm sure there was at least one "Do I really have to?" involved.

About the only point in my characters' lifespans where the game starts to slow down for me is around 29-32. By that point I've accumulated a lot of powers, but haven't gotten enough slots to do anything but really manage a balance between recharge and endurance. (Almost all of my builds concentrate very heavily on End Rdx, Acc, and Rchg Rdx until 30).
On the positive side, I don't have any real issue with pre-Stamina and can sometimes put it off until the late 20s if I so wish. However, the tradeoff is that I don't do much damage and things start getting harder to take out in a timely manner.
Once I reach the 30s, the slots start flooding in and I can worry less about endurance management and start slotting more for damage and secondary effects (minor debuffs, stun duration, etc.) The game starts to pick up speed again around level 33 and by 40 I'm usually cruising through missions quickly again.
I solo or duo most of the time, but if I have the time I rarely turn down invitations for TFs from people I've had a good teaming experience with before. TFs on an effective team always make the levels fly right by. -
Yeah, sometimes this server makes me wonder too.
But the fact that it makes life interesting keeps me here.
