Also, if we added to the current voices with grunts, yells, laughs, and screams I would want Yuri Lowenthal as one of the options:

Well, not exactly an ideal build but I know I powers I wish I could give my characters...
Akuma Ryu:
Katana/Dual Blades/Martial Arts/Super reflexes/Willpower/Nijiutsu/Health/Leaping Scrapper... All da powers and max slots on 'em all. That's right, I'd be triple stacking damaged buffs!
Sakura Tenshi:
Archery/Martial Arts/Dual Blades/Energy Manipulation/Willpower/Health/Flight Blaster, she's suposed to be a trained martial artist as well as an archer, but the dual blades part is lifted straight from Archer from Fate/Stay Night.
And to really go right out with power sets that don't exist... Yet(?): add "Polearms" to each of their offensive powers. -
I somewhat doubt that. I think they mean "Oceanic" as in the nations of the Southern Pacific regions.
-
So, I was going to test out a custom critter faction I made, put a lot of effort into it, this afternoon I log in an suddenly half the group is invalid! Why? Because the Valkyrie pack costume pieces I had given them are suddenly no longer available! Scrolling through, I realized wedding pack options were gone to!
Has this happened to anyone else?
Does anyone know why this is happening? -
Hmmm...
Interesting, lemme think of some ideas...
Natural gives a small boosts Regen/recovery rate (like SoA's inherent)
Science gives small resistance to status effects
Magic gives a small resistance and damage
Tech can give small ToHit and Defense Buffs
Mutants gain small +rech bonus?
And by small I mean that these bonuses should never exceed 2% at most.
Also, maybe there can be something gained by teaming with members of compatible origins, like a natural teamed with a magic and tech origin would gain certain benefits with them and the magic origin character would benefit from the natural and the mutant?
But in the end, this isn't very likely.
And interesting concept, but I don't see it ever happening. -

Especially if this means the World Wide Red arcs trophy is the Kronos Class Titan, at least Hercules Titan. -
Oh no, not again...
Anyway though, for more plain suggestions: chunks of rock and pavement like from Super Strength or Stone Melee. Funnier ideas could include:
Motorcycles
folded chairs
functional base items
Statesman. -
I like these ideas, especially the recommendation system. Though already popular arcs like Dev's Choice and Hall of Fame should probably be put on separate tabs from the recommendations just still keep it fair for those who already went through all that.

"The chances of anything coming from Mars
Are a million to one" he said
"The chances of anything coming from Mars
Are a million to one" But still they come! -
I'm part of an RP group so what's tragic about my characters can fill a book, or three, so I'll keep it short and simple.
Heroes:
Akuma Ryu: Time displaced samurai of fail.
Tenshi Ryu: Time Displaced miko and childhood first love of fail
Sakura Tenshi: Magical girl who's been "fighting the good fight" for way too long now and has lost quite a few in the process.
Atomic Red: Soviet robot who was promised that he would always have purpose as long as the Soviet Union stood, woke up years later being salvaged for parts by Crey.
Revi: Spec ops catgirl, created by Crey, trained by Malta, one of many others and failed to protect her sisters because she caved.
Villains:
Redcoat: A man who loved his family more than anything and because of this, was driven to despair.
Operative Roosevelt: Well not a tragic chracter himself, he's an African American who grew up in the South during the Great Depression. I think you can figure out what went wrong from there.
Negi: Part of a secluded race of people, he was tricked and banished from his home.
Kadin: Always a big, tough looking guy, ended up orphaned at a young age and everyone assumed he was three kinds of mean with a side order of nasty.
Midnight Frosts: Part of a demonic(?) race of people who are currently enslaved by a terrible overlord, seeks to find his sister and a champion to save his kind.
Virtue:
Tawrich Atarxia: Sister of Midnight Frosts, so same problem, also, so morbidly obese villain groups try to kidnap her to practice cow tipping and complain that she's harder than the real thing. -
We always talk about what we want in this game or what we wouldn't like, but let's take this time to talk about stuff that we don't really care whether it ever comes or not.
In other words, this thread is about neutrality.
For starters, new travel powers. Okay, sure, we're missing supermobiles, and those would be cool, but otherwise, what else is there, that can be added, the bases are covered if you ask me.
Maelstrom's Pistols for weapon customization. A rare case of me /not/ giving a damn if we get an NPC costume piece or not, because, no offense to the designers, but they look kind of dumb. -
For some reason, my first thought seeing this was:
IN THE NAVY!
You can put your mind at ease!
IN THE NAVY!
You can sail the seven seas! -
So I had this weird idea for repeatable contacts to function a little like Newspaper and Police Scanner as contacts, like after fulfilling a certain number of missions from a repeatable contact like borea you'd get a choice of two special missions that would basically be either a mayhem or safeguard, so that heroes and villains can experience both.
Using borea as an example again, say after seven missions she's gives you a choice to slip you and small team of heroes and/or villains into the Rikti Mothership and raid it, replace the concept of the bank vault with a critical part of the ship and instead of stealing money you're planting a bomb.
Or for something like a safeguard, you have to protect a Vanguard outpost, and to make it really cool, it can be a Vanguard outpost at some other point on the globe. -
This has actually been suggested a lot before.
I still will /sign it.
I would also like to suggest maybe having the villain have the level-free coding so higher levels and lower levels can partake.
To expand on this I would like to propose this being done on a larger scale in Brickstown as a zone event and maybe something similar in Grandville, like heroes/longbow making an attempted siege on the Spider City. -
Great, now I wonder if the entire Freedom Phalanx could take on Reichsman.
-
In this thread, we come up with new badges and so forth with no expectations for them to ever be implemented in game.
Leading off with...
Lemming- You have fallen to the ground from three hundred yards up! You were either in a real bad spot or you're...
AT Exclusive ones:
Scrapper Locked!- Take the Alpha strike on an eight man team three times in a row!
Scrapper Locked Down!-When on an eight man team, get hit with enough sleep, hold, stun, immobilize, or fear to overcome your mez protection.
Defender Locked- You've aided your comrades over your own common sense, earn this achievement by being defeated as you buff, heal, or attempt to rez an ally! -
Seems good, my only disagreements would mostly be the result of it simply being a matter of having first read different readings of what the Tarot mean, but otherwise it seems good.
-
Crack pot prediction: Staying true to some mass alignment changes within entire super groups in comics (Blackbolts) It will be possible that if all members vote in agreement, the entire SG can work towards switching to a side as a whole and thus they bring the entire SG and base with them when they go rogue.
Less crackpot prediction: We will get a slew of changes to base editor as well as an array of new style and item choices.
Realistic view: No changes... At all. -
this has been suggested plenty of times before, but I will /sign it anyway.

I know I was able to make a light hang from a ceiling I made from floating desks by pratically stacking it on top of itself.
You select the ceiling light, and then after placing it you select it again, you can move it around a little, as long as it'd be "on where it used to be" and when you place it there, it's lowered. -
Functional Items I'd like to see-
Super Telepads
Description: Crafted at level three workbenches and grants teleport access to every zone you have the SG teleport beacon badge for, though the badge that would allow you to craft this would require the unlocking of every teleport beacon badge you can get per-side.
Vanguard, Ouroboros, Cimerora/Midnighter, and Arachnos style Medbay pads.
As craftable/earnable pads or as standard options
Upgraded Medipads
(Preferrably with all the above styles listed as options)
Description: Same function as normal medi-pads but revive you with 35% HP and 25% End.
Training dummies
Description: Basically like the downed police drones, the deactivated Rikti Drones, and the Vanguard punching bags we see scattered throughout the game. Preferably available in different styles, like one that would look better for shooting ranges and one for melee practice.
Steampunk, low tech, techno-magical, and super tech* styles to all functional items.
Changes to existing functional items I'd like to see go as follows:
Cross origin link ups: Because there is no real reason (in game mechanics/balance sense) why I should not be able to hook up my arcane control to tech control auxiliary and visa versa.
Power and Control unit SG member buffs. Power sources would grant all SG members a 1% Resistance and Damage buff and Control units would give a 1% ToHit and Defense buff, these bonuses would increase by an additional 1% per-tier. Not counting the combo unit.
So with a basically you would get +1% Dam and Res bonus with a Basic Generator, and it would become +2% with a Turbine Generator.
Whether you could stack these bonuses by having two power and control units in one base can be left up higher powers. -
Lemme try to clarify... (To be honest, I'm kind of hazy myself on the matter)
Basically, I want to know how Reichsman apparently made such a huge difference in Axis America's World War II when Statesman didn't seem to have as much an impact in primal earth's World War II. -
Heheh, yeah, it was mostly a pipe dream more than anything. I thought it would be kind of a cool way to represent our characters having really come into being truly super.
I actually once wanted to suggest a Faux level cap raise that does nothing other than display your level as being higher. Partly just to imagine a random Longbow Agent greeting your character in a mission with: "What do the wanted adds say about his Threat level?" "It's-... OVER FIFTY!" "What?! OVER FIFTY?!"
