  1. Ever since I have started to play CoV my love has been from MM's and an army of henchmen ready to do my bidding. I enjoyed a small break with my SoA and then went right back to testing out MM builds. Needless to say I'm beginning to get a wee bit tired of the same style of gameplay. Now I'm looking to make a brute.

    I've never been swayed much by Super Strength, but after lvling to 32 on my thugs/dark I can say I am truly impressed with SS... and now I want to make one.

    I'm considering SS/WP as this is quite popular, but how about SS/Stone? Rage overcomes the -dmg of Granite and the -rech and -speed can be worked around. Pre-38 I think its clear which build will be easier to play but in the end, which should I consider?
  2. How long ago was this change made??? I had a force feedback proc in my Assault Bot over six months ago and enjoined such fiery benefits that made me absolutely content to play as a poison MM. Can anyone else confirm that the recharge proc no longer works for pets?

    Btw, I am currently leveling up a thugs/dark and if he didn't have pure fire damage I would be very frustrated with my arsonist who always runs away from the group. And yes I have also played a necro/dark mm that I deleted at 22 because the small radius was very frustrating to work with.

    Do I still love the fear cone? Of course! Would I want to see the other powers in the set nerfed? Of course not! But at least I've generated debate on this, I'm not alone, and I hope the devs take a wee little notice of something many people have lived with.

    As someone suggested earlier maybe I will pose this question in the "suggestions" thread. It would be nice at least to have an official statement as to why the devs made the radius they way they did and why they potentially may not change it.
  4. Not the kind of responses I thought I may get, but respected all the same. At the very least it would be great to have even a 5 foot radius increase. I understand the comparison btw other sets and the proficiency of dark but I still wish the group heal was a little wider.
  5. I'll be rolling either a /dark or /pain mm. For melee one of my main concerns is defense.
  6. I agree with eric and nox. No other set has had their radius nerfed. Having another melee set added I think would be fair enough to help Dark MM's do a better job of keeping their pets alive as well, if not more importantly to be able to keep their teammates alive.

    As for collecting hard data, I will have to see if there is software out there that can still keep track of those stats, but I think it would defeat the purpose of an open forum if effecting change requires a pc profiency that most of the users may not have.
  7. I think now if a good time to (re)bring up the distastefully small radius of Dark Miasma. I lovingly raised my only lvl 50 hero, a dark/psy defender through the levels and I was always impressed by my ability to keep my team alive due to the wide covering area of twilight grasp. I tended to avoid Dark Miasma in the past in part to the small heal, but now with Demon summoning on the horizon I believe many others would echo the call to INCREASE DARK'S HEAL!!! Looking at the pain and thermal group heal radius they are the same as corruptor's, as they should be. Why hasn't Dark been brought up to the same standard these group heals share? Please devs, do use Dark Miasma MM's a favor.
  8. I freaking love kheldians!!! I have a lvl 6 pb and a lvl 9 ws and I'm going to stick with the ws to lvl. Teaming with 7 or 8 people is awesome. I feel as happy as I did when I got my first VEAT. Any all-khel sgs on justice?
  9. Why do you have so few powers slotted for accuracy? Tactics helps, but wouldn't you need at least one ACC enhance?

    I only have a few concerns, hopefully you are still reading our posts

    1) When is the earliest you guys could fix the double buff enemies have against dark melee's attacks?

    2) Will it possible to bring characters from the test to live servers?

    3) Will there be power sets added to all AT's in update 3?
