should I bother updating to the newer drivers. I am always cautious about this when I am already getting decent performance.

IO's have tptally changed the game for me. My all human PN is on a whole different level now.

Disruption Field + Sonic Dispersion can be the only two powers you taqke (plus the lvl1 power of course).
The mezz protection is not complete but it's a whole leot better than waht most controllers have.
I have been thinking about a Fire/Sonic selfish controller, whcih would allow me to got nuts on primary and pool powers. I think you guide is about to push me into putting that idea in action.

i was told Electricity sucks, its not any good, it doesnt do enough damage, energy is a better secondary blah blah blah...

Taser hit level 50 about two weeks ago and has been an absolutely blast ( pardon the cheap pun )
Elec/Elec with the Elec Epic can do it all !!!!!!!!

The fear affect is the MAIN issue with Burn and since that is not being addressed then for me its still a useless power. -

The Advice in a lot of those guides is still very relative. I would strongly suggest that you dont discount a guide totally simply because it is an older guide. Just realize that Issue 6 brought ED which gives you the law of diminishing return after slotting three of the same SO's or HO's in a power.
Yet a lot of the strategy in the guids is very very applicable. -

Well My Elec/Elec has no problem draining +2 foes when combinng Short Circuit and Power Sink.. They changed the way End drain works since ED so now can drain more. I used this guide and Taser works just fine..

I am currently playing an all human PB who is level 33 and he doesnt have Acrobatics.. I use Combat Flight ( aka Hover ) and with tree slots it is decently manueverable for combat. Now that swift also takes flight enhacnements you if you had slot you could drop them in there as well. I do use Hasten as well as Superspeed Stealth invis combo to sneak up an pummel Voids. Pulsar is a good tool that can buy some time.
Knockback really doesnt affect me very much. The only problem it causes is when i want to use Solar Flare I have to drop down out of hover. I am wondering if I can make a bind to shut off hover when I press Solar Flare.. -
I didnt get any xp the whole time which was weird.

My biggest problem right now is that my end costs are way yup and I might need to sacrifice a little damage to fix that situation which bothers me -
What about the Legends System ???!!!! Posi mentioned a legends system that would give us a reason to play our level 50's again and I have heard nothing about that since it was mentioned.

Actually, back when HOs were still pretty powerful, I just kept getting those, and no one wanted them so I just kept slotting them into my main (en/en) until I finally had like 2 in snipe, 2 in torrent, and another 3 in burst. I think power blast has one also (I don't have all that many more, just a couple dmg/acc and travel). Ironic, that those are the ones I would least like to give up now.
With boost range, snipe has a range of about three zip codes. When they finally put windows in SG bases, I'll be able to fight crime without getting off the couch.

Man u have no idea I have them in EVERY power. Most of them at 50++ as well. Pretty much I can snipe from so far away that they cant even see me. I love watching them run around wondering where the heck I am, but by then I have moved to another location and they are about to get sniped again.
The lovely thing is that I have them in my regular attacks too AND I just respec'd ( i never respec'd since issue 4 ) and added some slots into Power Push. Now with the quicker recharge time and range enhancements I added into Power Push I can keep a foe on their butt and far far away from me !! -

Question which one is faster..
Hover with Six SO's ??? or Hover with 3 SO's and Swift with 3 Flight SO's ???
Trying to respec my toon and I have the slots to spare I just want whichever one is faster. -

Hello Justice server. I would like to introduce to you our Supergroup Titans United. We are a supergroup on Justice server that has been functioning for well over a year. We are a very close knit group of player with a core of 10-12 people that play CoH and CoV almost every single day, along with 10-20 that play several times a week and a few that come and go as they please. We are looking to expand our ranks. The reason we are doing so is simply because we like having fun ! People are what makes this game fun. People like you.
We are from many different backgrounds and cross many times zones but the core of our group is usually online between 7pm-1am EST. We are consist of several groups and are coalitioned with a few groups on Justice server.
Our breakdown is as follows
Titans Training Academy.
This group is for character level 1-14
Titans United
This is the core group for characters from level 15-39
Titans Elite
This the our higher level group consisting of level 40-50
Apothesis
This is where the altoholic meeting is held.
We are also making a villian group as well.
We are a family of players looking for people who enjoy playing CoH and who are fun people.
We current utilize teamspeak ( although it is not required it does make gaming fun )and are researching a Ventrillo server and we have a Yahoo group webpage as well where we announce team events like TF's and our Sidekick Saturdays where lower level toons team up with higher level toons and they are shown the ropes of villian fighting.
We dont have ay hardcore rules except that we will institute a 21 day kick policy as we expand our ranks, and we do require that SG members play in SG mode under level 25 and every Saturday is Prestige Day.
We have a fully functioning base with teleporters and healing station and will be set up to do base raids very shortly.

I will admist it SEEMS as if my electric blaster and my storm/electric defender miss more than my other blasters but I tie that in a little bit to visual power effect.. When my NRG hits he often knocks back ( or down cause I hover alot ), Fire I see the DoT working when i hit. Elec really doesnt have an effect like that which reinforces the fact I am hitting.
I would like Castle to answer THIS question though. Why is it when Elec misses it LOOKS like I hit ?? this INFURIATES me to no end at times because it SEEMS like I am hitting a target when I am not. When other targets miss its blatantly obvious that you miss.. Why is Elec different in this aspect and can it be fixed ?? -
Take my boost range and there will be hell to pay !!!!!
