  6. I agree that the lack of that tier 3 blast is a part of the issue. It defintely seems to make a difference and I believe more so for defenders and corruptors than it does for a blaster because a blaster does have access to a secondary that can do some significant damage.

    Damage seems to be sub par. Draining isnt the issue. I can drain most foes quite well. Its fighting them that takes forever.
  8. I have been playing this game since 2 months after Beta. I simply cannot accept anymore that Electric Blast is ok. I have an Electric/Electric Blaster level 50 who I enjoy. Had an Kin/Elec defender at 50 who I deleted because it was so pitiful and I have an Electric/Kin Corruptor currently at level 35. I have not played Electric Assualt on a Dominator. I was waiting for the Electric Control set that was mentioned before giving that a whirl.

    I honestly think that Electric Blast is woefully underpowered and I believe it misses more than any set I have played. Also highly annoying is the animation which shows a HIT even when you MISS. That should have been fixed years ago.

    I have yet to see any Dev comment officially on Electric Blast, yet univesally it seems that the community agrees that there is something that is lacking from this set. It needs some love.

  10. I have never seen things go this long without a comment from the Development team. We know everyone is geeked for Going Rogue but there are lots of little bugs that are still not fixed like the custom attack animations with shields not playing the correct animation like they did before the last patch.

    Will there be a round of Power Proliferation before Going Rogue. Electric Controllers was mentioned at Hero Con but nothing since.

    Will there be another issue before Going Rogue is released at all ??

    What will be PC specs be to run " Ultra Mode "?

    Lots of questions going forward but very little info.

    I am excited about CoH but as a 60+ month player who has seen a lot of friends stop playing I am very concerned. I know many will come back once GR releases.

    What is being planned to attract new customers ??

    Just thoughts on CoH.
  11. I try to get there for brutes and tanks.. anything else I really dont care at all.
  12. As I understand it the -res from the proc will not stack from the same caster.

    Proton Volley I believe only checks for the proc when the power is activated not with each little DoT from the attack. The target does not get to resist 4 times nor does it get a chance to avoid the attack after the initial to hit roll.

    You cannot change the duration of the proc.

    Bug: Animations play original Super Strength animations even when changed at the tailor.

    These animations play correctly at the tailor but do not play " in game " In particular I have noticed that haymaker will still do the two fisted overhad strike no matter how many times you try and change it from the default.

  19. I find it highly annoying. Sure the option to auto accept should be available to those that want it but Im sorry for me.. i dont want it. I am tired of the window popping up all the time in the middle of a fight.. I want the option to at LEAST hide the dialog box.
  20. First off this is just a fun event. I didnt get a chance to team on Justice this past Tuesday (Jan 12th) because I had things to do, but it was nice to see all the tanks come out. I also get great ideas looking at builds. I saw a tank today who was Shield/Ice. I had NEVER though about Shield/Ice as a tank before but I was looking for a new tank and didnt want to make a Stone ( havent made one yet ) and the only secondary I havent ried at all is Ice. Im gonna make one ASAP to see how it rolls..

  21. PLEASE for the love of GOD make a way to ignore this thing. It can be SO annoying.. Everyone on the team trying to throw that buff in the middle of fighting and having to click YES or NO on the pop up window all the time is really friggin annoying..
  22. People keep talking about the pouplation being down but I never seem to have a problem finding a team whenever I log on. If you cant find a team MAKE a team.
  23. When at all possible use hover and shoot down. That turns knockback into knockdiown which everyone likes. Also you dont have to spam your high knockback attacks every time they are up. Use them wisely and stragetically.
  24. We have used Teamspeak, Ventrilo and Skype. I think Ventrilo was the best.
