They go into different parts of the final hit chance formula.

I doubt it, since they don't like to make big patches late in the week (history places almost every big patch in the beginning/middle of the week), but I am willing to be pleasantly surprised.

Quote:http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/KheldianAh, right!
I'm not up on my Kheldian lore enough to know why there is the distinction.
All you could want to know - and more than you needed to know - about the lore of Kheldians. -
You can have every single one of the incarnate powers crafted and available for use. You can even have every single tier of every single type of every single incarnate slot power crafted and available for use. I don't think anyone but someone who is stark raving CRAZY would do that, but it's possible.
You can only have one per slot active at a time. -
As long as you've been introduced to a true First Ward contact, even just the first one (the Carnie lady), you can switch from Praetorian without worry. As you said you've done four of them, you'll be fine.

Quote:I didn't touch that line, so "my paragonwiki edit" doesn't applyAggelakis, your paragonwiki edit needs to be corrected. Any hero can access Fort Trident, even if they haven't done a hero morality mission. Any villain can access the Crucible, even if they haven't done a villain morality mission.
Also, you are free to make any corrections you feel necessary, as are any other players reading the wiki.
(I edited the note since people seem to not want to do things themselves.)

On the contrary:
http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Warshade (and the other EAT pages)
Quote:* Warshades require VIP status or purchase on the Paragon Market.
Quote:The following two premium "Hero Epic Archetypes" (HEAT) are available for VIP Players and Premium Players who have purchased them from the Paragon Market, assuming the account has at least one hero above level 20:
* Peacebringer
* Warshade
The following two premium "Villain Epic Archetypes" (VEAT) are available for VIP Players and Premium Players who have purchased them from the Paragon Market, assuming the account has at least one villain above level 20:
* Arachnos Soldier
* Arachnos Widow -
Quote:It's a little vaguely worded since the text hasn't been updated since the first few days of GR (I'm in the process of finding better wording - "reaffirm" is only for repeating the same morality type, so the first bullet point mentioned below shouldn't be "reaffirm"), but it specifically states what characters get the first time they do a morality mission and each time after that:From what I understand, when you first change alignments, you don't get any rewards. The change of alignment is your reward basically. Then, when you re-affirm your alignment the first time, you get 50/30 reward merits for (Hero/Villain) / (Vigilante/Rogue), followed by the alignment merit/60 reward merits.
At least, this is what the wiki page says.
Hero
* A hero that reaffirms their alignment the first time obtains 50 Reward Merits.
o Further reaffirmations reward 1 Alignment Merit instead.
Villain
* A villain that reaffirms their alignment the first time obtains 50 Reward Merits.
o Further reaffirmations reward 1 Alignment Merit instead.
Vigilante
* A vigilante that reaffirms their alignment the first time obtains 30 Reward Merits.
o Further reaffirmations reward 60 Reward Merits instead.
Rogue
* A rogue that reaffirms their alignment the first time obtains 30 Reward Merits.
o Further reaffirmations reward 60 Reward Merits instead. -
Quote:If you got it FROM AMAZON, just request a replacement. They should send you one for free and should give you an RMA form that will pay for return shipping on the faulty one they sent you.No it was wrapped in that wonderful comes off in little pieces before it finally opens up DVD plastic sleeve wrap. Got it from Amazon listed as new, definitely not second hand. Lame I tells ya, LAME!
If you got it from a reseller through Amazon, contact the reseller and threaten to leave negative feedback and report them to Amazon. Especially if the details said it should contain an unused code. This happened to me with a GR Complete Collection that I bought for my second account; the listing said factory sealed, unused, brand new...the box I got was opened, none of the goodies came with it, and the code was used. Threatened negative feedback and reporting them to Amazon -- got an immediate refund and they said to just keep the box instead of spending money on a return. Next box I got (from a different reseller) was listed as factory sealed, brand new...and the serial code worked fine.
Sadly, buying from resellers is a bit of a crapshoot, but if you threaten going to the parent company, the shady ones will bend over backwards to not be reported and the legit ones will bend over backwards to keep a good rep. -
This is correct. See also: Willpower's Strength of Will will accept whatever/recharge enhancements until the cows come home (or until you're at six slots) and the recharge will never affect it. (It's also set to ignore recharge buffs in addition to recharge enhancements.)

Quote:A-Merit, Astral, Threads, 4x merits are once per week. "Merits" is repeatable.The incarnate rewards aren't bad, for the time investment. Especially since there are few (if any) ways to get threads and Astrals solo. The problem is, unlike Hero or Villain merits, the number of threads or Astrals needed to do anything significant with is huge. And since there are no other ways outside of the iTrials, and timer is so long, and the iTrials reward/time scale is a lot larger, these rewards seem meager. If the incarnate rewards each were repeatable, infinitely, or even say, 5 times each week, then these rewards would be a significant and viable alternate to the iTrials for those who prefer to solo, or, due to the hours of play perhaps, can't reliably find iTrials. The iTrials would still be more efficient but allowing more repeating for these two reward choices would make them a lot more appealing.
Hmm. Now that I think about it, maybe I vaguely recall that the threads are a repeatable reward option. I'm almost positive the Astrals are not, but maybe threads are. I'll have to check into this unless someone else knows for sure...
If the threads are repeatable, being able to solo and pick up 60 threads in about an hour isn't horrible.. -
Ironblade's post count when he was a new player was zero, if you want to compare his post count to his post content. But I don't think you actually READ his post content.

What problem? That you can't get on Beta VIP? That's not a problem. That's deliberate. Beta VIP is inaccessible to the public.
That you can't purchase Titan Weapons? Then you're searching wrong. Search for Titan Weapons, then buy Titan Weapons.
If you're on the Test installation, you're doing it wrong; you need to be on the Beta installation. Instructions are found here. -
Quote:28 tokens for 28 vet badgesI had 37 Reward Tokens at launch of Freedom. I have been paying continuously since August 31, 2004 with no breaks. I've gotten 2 tokens since it started, one for first Points purchase and one sometime prior to Oct. 28th (filled everything but the Tier 9 non-VIP stuff). I've received 2 sums of 400 Paragon Points, which was used for Beam Rifle and Street Justice, iirc. So far, I have not received November's 400pts (as of last night). Have not checked today so far.
Have I missed/been screwed out of Tokens?
07 tokens for 7 years
01 token for retail account
01 token for having an account
= 37 tokens (September would not have been a new Veteran Reward under the old system so no token for September)
01 token for points
01 token for October
= 39 tokens
You're squared up. You'll get November's token near the end of the month. -
Note that you can get EACH of the rewards once per week, not ONE REWARD once per week. You can run it four times for all four rewards on a reaffirmed hero/villain, each reward once per each week.

Hero style is broken. Villain style is not. Threads in Tech Issues and General regarding this. Seems there's a few extra HTML bits where they shouldn't be in the hero style.
-
It used to be FIVE TIMES a week, every week day! Not just twice a week. Thank god they scaled that back!

If they have Lore opened, they have Judgment opened. Psychic IXP unlocks Judgment before being applied to Lore.

Quote:Here is my post, the second post in the thread. Re-read the first sentence. Not sure how someone could read that sentence then go on to ask whether Beta VIP is accessible to VIPs...Beta VIP is inaccessible to the public.
Beta has Titan Weapons in the market, you have to purchase it before it will show up in character creation. It says 800pp in the main window, but once you get to the checkout window it says 0pp. -
It's said they're all from the same source. The Well of the Furies is the thing from which all the Marcus Coles (and Primal Stefan Richter) drank. HOWEVER. It is but one aspect of "the thing that runs/created/is the Well". The Well of the Furies is not necessarily a well, it just happened to be that a well when Marcus/Stefan were there.

If it's still broken for you, the villain style is not broken. Only the hero style.
(I use the villain style with Zombie Man Tweaks so I have no idea if it's still broken.) -
Quote:The stupid thing is, according to a dev response I got from PAX, they initially didn't give females the "with skin" version of bioluminescence because of their stupid outdated Barbie Doll nudity rules (my terminology, not theirsThe Biolum set essentially is naked flesh tones with a few glowie skin bits. You still don't see all that many people with the Biolum stuff though.
). They have it now, and I have no idea when they added it in, but it wasn't there initially.
