It seems account management is down for maintenance, or I'd try this. I was going to set up a Preemie account for my sister anyway, might as well try to get bennies for me along the way. Once maintenance is over, I'll do the refer a friend and we'll see what happens at that point. Then on Friday, I'll do the 99 cent deal and we'll see what happens at THAT point.

Quote:I didn't say a damn thing about i21. I deliberately said "the launch of Freedom", because that is the verbiage that the GMs are using. "The launch of Freedom" was when the freebies were let in the door (28th), not Head Start (13th). That is where your numbers diverge from the data the GMs are using.Actually, i21 went live for subscribers 1st, hence the headstart.
that i21 didn't open the door for the general public, has nothing to do with our tokens.
i21 went live Sept 13th, i got my token on Oct. 12th, a month after i21 went live.
Your September and October tokens were early. Your November token will be on the anniversary of the launch of Freedom.
In theory, sometime down the road everyone's tokens will be either a) on their Veteran Reward Date or b) at the end of their VIP month, but that's a road we haven't even begun traveling yet. -
Server transfers were given on November 1. A new server transfer will be given on December 1. This is the only thing that is working correctly in regards to VIP rewards.

Quote:On the contrary, the NCsoft team does not count VIP Head Start's September 13 as "launch of Freedom".the 28th of November is a month and a half after October 12th. Two and a half months after the LAUNCH of i21. So their own time line seems to again differ with what they claim.
The "launch of Freedom" seems to be on/around September 28, when freebies were allowed in the door. This jives with the November 28th dates we've all been given.
Granted, it doesn't make much sense when you compare it to the fact that we're supposed to get our monthly token at the end of our VIP months, which can be anytime during the month, not just the 28th.
What I'm concerned about is people missing token(s) and dropping sub. Will they ever get their missing token(s) since they are not subscribed on their award date? It kind of disturbs me that that is a distinct possibility. -
Unless you're going for recharge, where most sets have recharge at 5 and 6 slots.
-
Yes, you will keep the set bonuses until -3 to the set's minimum level. (e.g. if the set is 30-50, you can slot it from 27-50 and will keep the set bonuses when exemplaring within those levels as well)
If you exemplar below -3, you will still get enhancement value out of them but not set bonuses. -
Quote:Correct. Your new account would be a Tier 2 Premium account (1 token for having an account, 1 token for 1 month of VIP). The starter pack doesn't count as a retail code, so you won't get that third token unfortunately. So tell me if I have this straight..
Start a Free Account.. upgrade it to VIP for a buck..
Then its a VIP account and when I dont pick up the subscription it becomes a Premium Account ??
Is this correct,, because if it is, Im definitely getting a second account finally..

Quote:Each Store Bought Enhancement purchase grants you one character item of that specific SBE (character items can be claimed ONCE EVER, not once per character). If you buy an SBE set, you get one character item of each individual SBE within the set. They are pre-crafted, do not require an Invention License, can be slotted anytime within the level range of the SBE, and "level up" with the character.Um...those IO sets ...lotg, numina's convalescence - are those account wide? or one to a character? And are they recipes or crafted IOs?
Quote:How many people will buy these with points and then sell them on the market?
I think if you buy these on the market, they should be character specific and unsellable - somehow differentiated from the ones everyone else has traded in countless hero merits for.
But, that's just me. -
City of Data Power Quantification
Howdy! The Titan Network will be using this thread to post about updates to the City of Data Power Quantification project within the Red Tomax site. While Power Quantification is technically a part of Red Tomax subsite, its updates are completely separate from the rest of the site and even if City of Data Power Quantification gets updated, it doesn't necessarily mean anything else within Red Tomax was updated, including other parts of the City of Data project.
For those that don't know, City of Data Power Quantification is the place to get real data on powers, pets, and NPCs, including information from the Real Numbers data within game PLUS information that is not available there.
---------------------------------------------
City of Data Power Quantification has been updated to match live server publish 2151.201111120053.1 -- the latest patch, November 15, 2011.
New powersets include Beam Rifle, Time Manipulation, Street Justice, Titan Weapons, and all of the powerset proliferations made available in Issue 21.
You may notice that it looks a bit different than before -- Titan Network's new developer, Codewalker, is making strides to make Power Quantification more accurate, more complete, and less messy. There will be more updates to the look and feel of it in the future, possibly including a complete overhaul (no promises).
So if you've been jonesing for updated information from the new powersets, new pets, or new NPCs, go poke around in the new City of Data Power Quantification!

Once global slots have been allocated to a server, they become server slots. Server slots cannot be moved to another server.

If it has anything to do with Inventions (drops, crafting, slotting, enhancement value, set bonuses), if you are not a VIP and don't have an Invention license, you can't get/use/do it.

Nothing listed that I see, but they put up a black friday special announcement. It is probably supplanting this week's Tuesday features.
-
If the storage stuff had been discounted, you might have gotten some money from me. As is, I am getting nothing that's been posted. Either I already have it or I don't use/need it.
EDIT: Though it's sad that it has to be a "black friday" sale to see reasonable points numbers... -
Quote:And yes, they were marked on the market interface with the timer countdown.Pulverizing Fisticuffs Enhancement Set

Quote:Freebies don't get in-game support, but still get support by email. Xanatos is mistaken or thinks the only way to get support is in-game.
I haven't verified this personally, it sounds wrong somehow...surely they don't think of customer support as a VIP only perk? -
The first four costumes on my 50s are static. I pretty much don't mess with them. The fifth slot tends to be my "swap slot", where I play with temporary costume ideas, or seasonal themes, or dress for special events.
I tend to not change costumes on any character after settling on a look for a static slot. My characters that only have one or two costume slots tend to look the same at level 2 as at level 25. Very few characters get updated when something new comes out; most new costume pieces get folded into a new character instead. After all, I have 192 character slots for free, and have several veteran and purchased slots on top of that. If I have a free character slot and an idea, why not fill it up? -
By the way, your question was answered with "typical ST mez buff"... ST means single target.

I just want to point out that if you're looking in Master Account screen, both Premium and Free accounts are listed as "free". There are two subscription states: subscriber and free player.
Then there are two free player states: premium and free. This distinction is not made in the Master Account screens. -
Your post, summed up: A list of powers that are situational at best, and easily skippable if a player wishes.

Quote:Freespecs have ALWAYS been one max, which is why the devs always announce a freespec coming - they're use 'em or lose 'em. It's why several times, historically, freespecs have been granted twice for one issue/change, because the first grant came with too little (or no) advance warning.I'd have to disagree on that as before I 'retired' the last time (just after i13 released) I would login to something like "You have X Respecs and Y Freespecs". I do have something scratching at the back of my mind though about a change semi-recently which basically nulled you down to 1 max now that I think about it. Then again, what i'm calling Freespecs is basically something other than the earned ones you used to max out with (3?), but it's been so long so eh.
The login announcement has ALWAYS only said "# respecs", and has never differentiated between earned and free respecs.
