For every 1200pp you PURCHASE, you get one reward token. It has nothing to do with what you spend, and your 400 (550 for Tier9) VIP points don't count since you don't purchase them.
-
What the heck does having extra pp have to do with your VIP rewards???? Either you didn't say what you meant, or I'm totally missing the point of that statement.

In addition to ShadowMoka's comment: You must select a bright color for the secondary color option, and be in the dark. It's more glow-in-the-dark than glowy.

That is a terrible secondary for blasters, but doesn't look bad for dominators.

servers list as all up on the (reliable, player-made) status page
It's entirely possible that the public wifi has certain ports blocked, though i don't know anymore what the ports are since switching over to the launcher -

Got the black friday and german shepherd ones. Didn't get the gunslinger one.

Quote:LOL And I *didn't* get that one. Three copies of Paragon Press, late, and not a single one of the TW announcement. Not the Paragon Press this time, I know. But I thought this was pretty decent. Nicely done.

Quote:ParagonWiki was first a standalone service. Then ParagonWiki joined Wikia because the load was too stressful for TonyV's tiny host. Then Wikia went crazy and ParagonWiki joined the Titan Network.IIRC, Paragon Wiki used to be a stand-alone service that started after the wiki's divorce from Wikia. Later, it became part of the Titan Network. I suspect they keep both DNS names around just for the sake of utility, but the only person who could say for sure is TonyV.
We keep both URLs around because people use both. (Also: for workers, it's often the case that one is blocked but the other is not.) -
A lot of purchased items/powers/things mysteriously disappear from your account. Quitting to desktop and restarting seems to fix this most of the time.
I had this happen with Beam Rifle, two characters on two different servers had BR locked out but a character on a third server wasn't. lulz -
Emberly spoke my answer better than I was going to.

You just got done saying you are Tier 7. Assuming some of that comes from Pre-Freedom Veteran Rewards, if not most of it, then you have access to more than 2 character slots. Just FYI. Also, "X character slots ever" is wrong too - you can purchase slots.
EDIT: If you're knocking $5 off our monthly fee for getting "free" points, then my monthly subscription costs me a bit over five bucks a month. -

Quickest and easiest ways to get it: Ask someone to throw down an oportal and get the badge at the top of the gnommon (the spire thingy). {{OR}} wait two levels and get an exploration badge from Recluse's Victory (PVP zone 40-50). -
Quote:Yes. Yes. Yes.Have I been neglectful in my responsibilities as a helper? Should I be answering more newbie questions? Should I be taking my title more seriously?
Choosing the titles for pretty colors is not its intended use. Shame on people doing that. Get to a high enough vet level and you can do that with regular titles. -
Not only did I get it late, I got three copies of it late.

Quote:They are also spent for you if you have enough to fully fill a specific tier. For instance, it takes 20 tokens to fill Tier 6...if you have 21 tokens, all of Tiers 1-6 will be filled for you...the last one would be filled in in Tier 7 if you already had one of the old rewards under the Veteran Rewards system, or you would have the last one unused if you didn't have any under the Veteran Rewards.Yes, they're automatically spent for you on rewards that were already unlocked under the old Veteran Rewards program.
Paragon Rewards is a stepped process. You must fill Tier 2 to advance to Tier 3, and so on all the way up. You can't pick and choose ONLY what you want (lol, how many people would skip Greek letters?), but you can choose in what order a certain selection of rewards will come to you. -
Quote:Old Defiance was pretty darn awesome. I actually played my blasters then. Being able to flirt with death while KILLINATING things to death was amazingly fun, and seriously kept me on my toes....
That's not a 'Glass Cannon' set, that's a 'I'm commiting suicide every mob' set.
There was a REASON old defiance got changed; it was ****. Terrible. It encouraged sucking.
You're basically asking for a set that half-neuters a Blaster and...
Yeah. Sorry, but no. The Balance on this just seems non-existent. And that's not even from a number point of view.
With Defiance 2.0, I don't even play my blasters anymore. I can do similar damage with my corruptors, and they get fun fiddly bits in their secondaries.
I support a secondary that gives some of that crazy Old Defiance feel back, though whether it looks like the OP or not, does not matter to me. -
I really hate to belittle anyone, but a large number of the fanmade comics are really bad in one way or another...it's like AE, I don't want to wade through so much chaff to get to the good ones. So I don't even look anymore.

Quote:Why am I *so* not surprised to find this out? City is the redheaded stepchild of NCsoft.Actually, just throw the boards away entirely, and create a City of Heroes subforum under the Lineage II boards. Those boards appear to run the same version of vBB we do, and while they seem to have had their own issues with vBB at times, my preliminary testing suggests their boards seem to work just fine. So apparently there's a bug in vBB that makes it specifically incompatible with City of Heroes. How astronomically unlucky for us.

Yes, you get a character slot every year of vet time. At 48, you should have four free global slot tokens from four years.
On the top left of your character select screen, there's a listing for global slot tokens and server slot tokens. If you have any global slot tokens available, they can be placed on any server that doesn't have the max number of slots used. If you have any server slot tokens available (these will only show up when you're on a server that has slots available; Justice server slots will not show when looking at Freedom's character list), they can be placed ON THAT SERVER ONLY up to the max number of slots used.
If you have both, a server slot will be used before a global slot, IIRC, but it's been a while since I've done it so I can't remember 100% for sure. -
The "special" part of Gravitic. Kind of an anti-Power Boost.

There's some way to force a program to always run in Admin mode, but I have no idea how to do that since I'm still on WinXP and the Win7 machine is being monopolized.
