It's not in their stats. It's not a buff. It's baked into their weapon attacks. And since they wouldn't be able to attack with their weapons, it doesn't need to have anything done with it.

You bind a power in-game to an odd key combo. Like SHIFT+I or CTRL+J or ALT+B, then bind a button on the nostromo to that combo.

Wiki link about how to unlock stuff for premium players:
http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Premium_Player
Once it has been unlocked, it's unlocked forever. However, being VIP doesn't UNLOCK things, it just allows temporary access to locked systems/mechanics/characters/slots/whatever. If you want to continue to play, you'll either have to continue subbing or purchase the unlock. (or purchase enough points/subscribe long enough to get enough reward tokens to permanently unlock controllers through the paragon rewards program) -

There is someone working at Paragon Studios that Positron is on record about: while they (not Positron, but this mysterious other person) work there, these things will never be released for sale.

Quote:Congratulations on your necropost! Also: you may want to bring along some proof, because my characters are MORE POWERFUL and MORE DURABLE than they have been since the last few issues. You make a lot of good points. I've been playing for almost two years, not nearly as long as you but I definitely feel your pain especially with my Lvl 50 Brute running nearly all T4 incarnates and she's still squishy at +4 where she didn't used to be. Something in the formula is way off across the board. I certainly don't like constantly re-crafting/buying enhancements cause devs want to do something hinky. The levels across the board seem off espeically with this latest issue.

This is obviously incorrect because there is a dayjob badge that increases out-of-combat recovery and another that increases out-of-combat regeneration.

Quote:Logging in the character doesn't matter, it's the account that matters. All you should have to do is log in on the characters that have items in the AH before the 60 days is up. That resets the timer.
I have items that have been sitting untouched on my Premium account that are still there just from logging in.
And even then, now that it's free-to-play, I doubt that even matters either. -
Just curious: Where's your technical or gameplay issue?

You can still speak to Ms Liberty in Atlas, btw.

Well, keep in mind that you can still use "special enhancements" - Hydra/Titan/Hamidon enhancements, synthetic or otherwise. My main character is *still* full up on HOs in her main build and uses generic IOs for the remainder (which used to be SOs), and the difference between the SOs and IOs is pretty minimal.
She does use the defense -KB in Maneuvers and would be loath to lose that, but that's available on the Paragon Market for only a buck-fitty so would be easy to get back if I wanted to spend points. -
All powerset purchase requirements (or lack thereof) are available on the wiki

Uh, no, just log into your master account, click on your game account, and select the link on the right side to download the launcher.

No. The game only recognizes one chord key at a time (the last one pressed).

The correct syntax is (replace c:\binds\#.txt with your preferred folder and filenames, replace k with your preferred key):
c:\binds\1.txt:Code:c:\binds\2.txt:k "powexecname Psychic Focus$$bindloadfile c:\binds\2.txt"
Code:k "powexecname Build Up$$bindloadfile c:\binds\3.txt"
Code:k "powexecname Conserve Power$$bindloadfile c:\binds\4.txt
Code:k "powexecname Power Boost$$bindloadfile c:\binds\5.txt
Code:k "powexecname Boost Range$$bindloadfile c:\binds\1.txt
[[[note]]] You can use bindloadfilesilent if you prefer not to have system message spam each time you load a file.

Talking about stereotypes is only half a step away from being prejudiced, just so you know. It's an incredibly slippery slope, and where most racist people who don't grow up in racist environments/familes/friends get their start (most racist people *do* grow up in racist surroundings, though - racism is a LEARNED behavior).
