http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Interfac...es#Diamagnetic
Diamagnetic adds a chance for a (or a guaranteed) 5% tohit debuff and/or a chance for a (or a guaranteed) 15% regeneration debuff. IMO, not much survivability boost to it. -
She is quite literally the strongest psychic in the world, as far as the Freedom Phalanx knows. She has been active for at least four years (it's been around four years since the Faultline incident, in the Paragon timeline). Who's to say she hasn't already proven herself a few times over? Who's to say she isn't a full-fledged hero already? You? You are a player. The devs think up/plot/write/storyboard stories for these characters that we will never ever see (too many stories, not enough time/devs/money), so how do you know she's still a rookie?

You should have gotten your transfer on Jan 1st. You'll get another one on Feb 1st.

Call him up on the telephone, he's in your contact list.

Street Justice. TW is such an end hog that you'll be vying with DA for endurance management.

Quote:That is correct. That's only true if your level is being raised up. If you're the same level as the team leader nothing happens to your level and if you're higher level than the team leader then you're just brought down to their level.
Granted I don't team much, but I'm reasonably certain that's how it works. -
Account Management -> Billing Summary -> Microtransactions (Last 90 Days).
This shows when you were awarded points. It has to the best of my knowledge never been wrong. The dates that points actually award has often been wrong, but they have always been correctly dated on that page, across many people I've asked (around a hundred by this point, maybe more). -

Trial accounts that never subscribed got an automatic global-rename during the NA/EU server list merge.

Clamor's left arm is the one with the ... er ... addition. If you can call that an "addition". (Erk. That's a terrible picture. I need to do that arc to get a better picture of her.)
(Not that Paragon Studios isn't above swapping horizontal coloring/details: Desdemona's long glove changes sides frequently for instance!) -
Quote:Hey, what people (coyotes) do in their bedrooms doesn't make any difference to you! *madface*You should have seen what the Coyote looked like on the Beta server when you could activate the Blackwand power (via keybind) and see the wand handle unceremoniously sticking out of its backend. "Coyote on a stick" anyone?
*cackles hysterically* -
Quote:Skyrim guards say stuff when you go near. It's overly used >_> and I still don't get it. Other than the fact that they stole it from "Bryan's Return" a book that was written way before skyrim, where it mentions Bryan literally getting an arrow in his leg -knee area. That's the only other older reference I can think of
Until you've done enough of the main story line, they have a limited selection of things to say, one of which is the arrow/knee comment. Because they have a limited selection of things to say at that point, you hear those things a lot more often. Especially if you spend a lot of time in towns/cities, with more guards.
It seems in the early story, nearly every single guard in Skyrim would be a famous adventurer, except they took an arrow to the knee.
It's not funny without the context. Even with the context, it's not as funny as the meme users make it out to be. It is, at best, amusing.

The Titan Network goes down for maintenance every day about the time you posted, so you might have stumbled across the return of the sites.

You can only get a reward TOKEN (please let's not confuse the issue with conflating terminology - there's paragon POINTS and there's reward TOKENS) for a five dollar purchase if it's your very first purchase. After that, it's every 1200 points you buy, which is around $15 (depending on which points package you buy).

Right-click and install the test server, telling it to point to the test server installation folder you copied over.

No, it just wasn't hooked into CloudFlare properly. But for future reference, it's .com - the others are simply namesquats/redirects (if you go to paragonwiki.org or paragonwiki.net, you'll notice once the page actually loads, you're actually on paragonwiki.com). If it doesn't work, try .com.

Not only no, but <bleep> no.

Most of the time all you need to do is log out and back in to fix it. Sometimes even just going to the server select screen will fix it.

Yeah.......
I think my answer is:
Or what?
