I present to you, the solution to all your problems!
/popmenu! It's freaking AMAZING! Hide all kinds of buttons under one macro button, or leave off all kinds of buttons by keybinding it instead. It has almost completely emptied out my non-standard trays. -
Test does not equal Beta. They are separate installations.
Setting up Beta is the same as Test, just put CohBeta instead of CohTest in the Target spot of the shortcut. e.g.:
G:\City\Launcher\NCLauncher.exe /LaunchGame=CohBeta -
An MMO publishing a patch that contained nothing but fixes for long-standing bugs would certainly get some big eyebrow raises from the presses. It's never done, so it'd be a novelty.

Assuming you're on Windows, there's also HeroStats ( http://www.herostats.org/ ) to track your various cooldowns and buff durations, track your drops, damage taken/dealt, and all kinds of other things.
Also for Windows, there's Sentinel ( http://cit.cohtitan.com/sentinel/ ) which ties into the badge tracking subsite of the Titan Network, City Info Terminal ( http://cit.cohtitan.com/ ) and it also ties into the hero builder of the Titan Network, Mids' Hero Designer ( http://www.cohplanner.com/ ).
These aren't actually "add-ons" but standalone programs that run alongside City. -
The togas are not part of the Roman stuff, the togas are part of the valentine's event.
No, they're not included.

Quote:The dates I listed are the dates given directly from the devs, in the calendar from a few years ago. Those numbers don't resolve with the novel.
That would make Synapse 20 in 1986. By that point, Synapse had been employed by Crey as an accountant and subsequently quit after the incident that gave him his powers some years before. There's nothing to suggest he's a genius in this universe, the novel presents him as more of a sports guy, so it's a stretch to think he would be able to finish accounting school and land a job before he was 19.
The novel was not written by the devs, it was only moderately vetted by the devs. The dates in the various novels OFTEN clash with dev-given dates. -
Quote:Celerity (lol celebrity) and the rest of the stealth "procs" are 30' stealth radius.I've seen a lot of odd happenings lately namely mobs see threw my SS plus stealth IO that shouldn't be. Maybe this is why. I get why you might see 2 cause of zoning and how some procs will stack with themselves but the celebrity is suppose to be what 50 or 55 feet of stealth or whatever not 30.
I'll have to keep a closer eye on the combat attributes in the future.

Quote:He wasn't revamped because you kill him, so he's no longer applicable. That was the explanation when they announced the Dimensional Warder changes. They're not saving him. He's just dead.He showed up in a few missions. However, it looks like he's not in the current versions of those missions, which is interesting. It makes you think they're saving him for something (or just decided not to bother revamping him).

Correct. You only have access to the Invention system while you have an active license. The Invention system includes getting drops, crafting (including costume pieces and temporary powers), slotting invention enhancements, and utilizing invention enhancements (enhancement portion AND set bonuses).
Active licenses are available from: 30 days from Paragon Market; completing Tier 7 of Paragon Rewards; and while subscribed regardless of Paragon Rewards level.

Quote:Justin Sinclair (Manticore) was born on 12/12/1968, which makes him 44.By my count, the youngest of the current Phalanx (excluding Citadel), would be Manticore who has to be nearing SIXTY. (He was 19ish when the Freedom Phalanx novel took place and the "Who Will Die" story arc has established that as actually happening in the 1980s.)
Synapse was born in 1966, Posi in 1962, Numi in 1940, Psyche in 1920 (she lost her body at some point? and regained it in 2005), States in 1896.
Special mention: Citadel was created in 2001, and BABs was born in 1960. -

You can also find this out by right clicking the power and selecting detailed information. It'll say "does not stack from same caster".
You can also find this out from City of Data:

I don't think it's exactly a week but it's definitely only off by maybe an hour or two at most.

Quote:/settitle changes your BADGE title
/titlechange brings up the window to change your "level 15, origin, etc" title(s)Quote:Oh cool. Like Dark I didn't know those commands. Do you have to know what you want to change the badge title to if you use that slash command?
Regarding /settitle, you need to know the number that the badge corresponds to. This number frequently changes when they add/remove/rearrange badges.

That doesn't look like hair, that looks like a neck-protection flap.
EDIT: Hmmm. I have no idea. Looking at it again, it looks like hair if colored a certain color but looks nothing like hair with other colors. Even when it's a hair-colored color, it looks terrible. Like someone with Down's cut his hair. -
That's the Shard Cannon, it's only Beam Rifle that I know of.

Quote:The OP is not having trouble with getting the portal power. The OP is having trouble with some (most?) arcs not showing up in the flashback list on characters that level up through DFB.There is more than 1 way to get your own Ourborus portal.
http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Entruste...e_Secret_Badge
If your supergroup base has the Pillar of Ice and Flame, just do a single flashback story arc. Any arc should award the badge once completed.
But the easiest way is to go to a populated area such as Atlas Park, or Mercy Island and ask someone to drop a portal for you. You are able to use someone else's portal if you are at least level 14. Once in Ouroborus you should see a long rod thing above you that goes up at an angle. Follow it by flying up or running along it. At the top is a big golden spike that sticks out from above the building. On the tip of this is the Entrusted With the Secret badge that gives you your own portal.
Edit: Someone in Atlas yesterday asked for someone to drop a Ouroborus portal so he could get his own portal from the badge. I dropped mine and he was able to use it. In fact 2 people used my portal if I remember right. So the system isn't broken and has been this way for a while. You can use the Pillar of Ice and Flame in Ouro or your supergroup base if you have one and do most regular story arcs if you outleveled ones you wanted to do. -

On a character that has your default options that you like for most characters:
/optionsave
This will create a file with your basic default options set. Then swap over to the character you want to have different options set at, change your options to your "low-fi" version, and type:
/optionsavefile <filename>
This will create a file with your altered options. Replace <filename> with whatever you want it to be called.
Then you can type /optionload to load your generic default options, and /optionloadfile <filename> to load your "low-fi" options.
