This is true, but the Fury resulting from the proc will be used by every other power. With this proc in a quick-recharging power, it's ridiculously simple to ride at 90%+ fury now, whereas before it was typical to ride at 75-80% fury; the fury change made it really hard to maintain above 80% unless you were in an ambush farm.

The game won't allow you to load a .costume file with an invalid costume option; if it's not available in the character creator, it will be invalid in the .costume file.

I have so many characters that /whereami is bound to shift+/ (aka ?) in my default keybinds file. If I suddenly find myself lost, I am just a question mark away from being found!

It's not just you.
Street Justice also has almost no impact sound effects. Lots of swishing but very little connection. -
Quote:CoD's data retrieval has been upgraded with the "recent" (last year) overhaul by CodewalkerThere were some cases in the past however where the devs did something tricky and CoD's code failed to "keep it's eye on the ball" as it were, leading to the listings there being incomplete.
I can't think of any cases like that as of now, and it even seems to have the Titan Weapon's stuff complete and correct, but since it is automated I always keep in mind that some odd edge case may not have been covered correctly.Unless it's a new mechanic that Codewalker hasn't implemented, literally nothing should be different than the game says.

I would like to point out that, because of the way CoD gets its information, the only way CoD would be wrong is if the game is also wrong. CoD's information is (basically, an extra layer or two of code voodoo) directly from the game.

I will probably not be playing. *sad face*

Quote:http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Invention_License 160ppThere is the invention license and the auction house license. They last 30 days.
They can be purchased with points on the Paragon Market... I think something like 400 points each?

I have only ever spent money on one other F2P game, and that was to get a mount that ran really fast because otherwise I would have to pay out the nose for it *and* wait for umpteen levels just to get it. Stuck walking everywhere or spend $10 for a speedy mount? I took my lunch to work for a couple days and bought the mount.
I actually haven't spent *any* money on Paragon Points yet, though I have spent all but 20 of my pp at this point, and there are two costume sets and a powerset coming up that I have to get (HAVE TO) so that means I'll finally spend money outside of my subscription for the first time in the almost six months since Freedom dropped. I'll probably drop a big sum just so that I have a better pp:dollar ratio. Doing so will kick me up into Tier 9, which is exciting. -
Quote:Nothing, as long as it's not an issue that needs personal contact while a bunch of other people are waiting with problems that *do* require personal contact. Also, I don't get what the problem is here - what's wrong with personal contact from a GM?
Petitioning harassment does not require me to reiterate what my /petition text says. It does not require me to tell the GM what the name of the knob goblin was, or the time it happened, or any of that. First off, most (if not all) of that should be in the original /petition text, and from there they can look at the logs.
We went SEVEN YEARS without GMs responding to things that didn't need an in-game response. SEVEN YEARS. We were perfectly happy with it, too.
After SEVEN YEARS, while we have more players on at a time than in a VERY long time, they implement "everyone needs some face time" policy? No. Just no. -
Quote:No. I believe we discussed this back when you had that bunch of posts in a week a couple months ago.Masterminds came with COv right if I can find the box (brothers used to have it) I will get masterminds right?
You can only play Masterminds if you 1) subscribe, 2) buy the unlock on the market, or 3) own 13 reward tokens. -
Samurai Armor was a Veteran Reward and it is now a Paragon Reward. If you had it before, you will have it now. Nothing in Veteran Rewards was lost in the conversion.
If you had the Martial Arts booster pack, you don't have to re-buy it. It was all re-unlocked on your account automagically during the conversion.

Well, they won't change it JUST because YOU haven't seen a Suit. Guaranteed.

If you pushed "submit" on the petition window, your petition was filed. Previously, this meant a GM read the incident, consulted the logs, and did whatever voodoo GMs do at that point.
Now, for some godforsaken reason, they are required to talk to you about it? As if talking to you will change the logs? Look at the logs. The logs do not lie or misremember, players do. -
Quote:Ridia is a brand new preemie player (only a few weeks playing the game if I've got my timeline right) so unless they have bought the inventions/market licenses, pretty much nothing they can farm is of interest to other players. Not sure of the differences between Premium and VIP but...
IMO I wouldn't farm until level 30 or 35. By that time you have your staple powers and they are nicely slotted, the drops you get that you won't use are also highly sought after by people like me that like to use level 35 IOs.
But unless you turn off XP you'll eventually out level this area.
They would be farming purely for themselves, and without inventions, there's not much to farm FOR. -

It requires farming to get a-merits (five missions a day, often done as fast as possible, dismissing missions that take too long or use "bad" enemy groups), so it's still farming.

Quote:This is correct. (And yes, the slash command is /hide. You can hide from specific things without using the toggle buttons, e.g. /hidesearch to hide from searches without affecting any other hide option.)Yep, just go into your friends tab and click the hide button, and check all those little bubbles. I'm not sure if the slash command still works, but it used to be /hide.

Quote:This is also not true, because the LFG works just fine if people use it correctly.No. The LFG is not broken. For something to be broken it had to be working in the first place. You can call a rock a car. That does not mean it will drive. Also, because it does not drive does not mean it is broken. The LFG never worked, therefore it is not broken.

Anything.
Anything, literally. Missions, street sweeping (not as popular anymore), anything. Repeating anything ad nauseum for the rewards is farming. Rewards can be inf, recipe drops, salvage drops, alignment merits, merit rewards, literally anything.
Say you've got a softcapped S/L defense character. Farming a Council Empire map (who do primarily S/L attacks) allows that character to move quickly through relatively easy critters who will provide little to no danger to the character due to its defense.
Side note; technically, the iTrials are dev-sanctioned farming.
