Inf. is always split 50/50 in pacts. Wasn't that way originally in Beta, and it surprised many of us when we saw it happening in Live.
XP is not split 50/50 if there is a difference in level in a pact. The lower level toon gets all the XP until they're caught up, then XP is even split.

(If Inf. is no longer split 50/50 then that is a bug or an unannounced patch.) -
And to answer your other implicit question: Yes, the rules for casting pets is haphazard with no internal logic or consistency.
I can summon a Dark Servant into mid-air while hovering.
Some other summons require being grounded, other require the targeting reticle being grounded, and some require both.
It's a mess and no Dev has responded to that inconsistency that I know of. -
Ack, Lord Winter hit us with an AoE Immobilize and an even longer -Slow.

Also, Tweak CoH will do it for you rather easily. Once installed, go to Fonts tab, and there will be two subtabs for the two customizable fonts.

I went over to Freedom where I was drowned in blind SG invites and 'ur mom' spammed in the chat window.
I went to Pinnacle, but the players there were lit more often than Oil Slick.
I then went to Victory where they gave me a complimentary apple martini and some warm brie with a cranberry-mango glaze. But they kicked me out of their costume contest when I couldn't meet the four costume-change minimum. -

Quote:Beta begins when the Test servers are pulled from general usage to be used for Beta. That hasn't happened yet.when do we get to play with it anyway? Or can we right now?
If you're in Beta, you'll get an email invite. Sometimes that invite goes missing even though you are in. If you are in Beta, you'll be able to log all the way into the test server once Beta has started. And you'll be able to see the extra 'hidden' forums for Beta Testers.
We don't know when Beta will start. Guaranteed not to start until January at the earliest. -

Then post the results of this program:
- HijackThis - it will show us what's running on your computer concurrently with CoH. Click on "Do a system Scan and save a logfile." It will automatically open up Notepad and put the info there. Make sure Wordwrap is off in Notepad (Format > Wordwrap unchecked) before you cut and paste here.
NOTE: If you suspect you have a virus on your computer, then when you install HijackThis do not install it in a directory called 'HijackThis' -- modern viruses look for that and disable anything in that directory. Rename it. Also, when it starts up, do *not* run a report. Back out of the program and rename the HijackThis.exe file to something else (I renamed mine to Love.exe
) -- again, to fool the modern viruses that would stop it from running.
Copy and paste your hijackthis log you posted here into this site and hit analyze.
Go to the forums of Malwarebytes and follow these directions and post your HijackThis log in the HijackThis forum and those more knowledgeable than me will help you from there.
Malwarebytes was able to get rid of what Spybot, Adaware, and AVG couldn't on my machine. - HijackThis - it will show us what's running on your computer concurrently with CoH. There is 'consideration' going on among the Devs of allowing difficulty settings to affect Merit rewards, but that would require some coding being done (as well as setting up a workable exploit-free system). *Maybe* by Going Rogue or the issue after that we *might* see a Reward system influenced by player-set difficulty.

Since some people don't seem to get the emails, here it is:

And the main website page about it here.

Like crafting ('inventing') a freespec, if you already have a freespec, you won't be able to craft it.
If you don't understand that, then click here for my guide to respecs. -

Get the Science Booster pack so you can make a costume slot where your toon is as small as possible. Tiny toons don't get caught as much on rocks, timber, and pipes in tunnels as they speed by.

Inertial Reduction is all you need for Gold on the Advanced Slope.
But when I happened to have received IR stacked 2 high... WOW! I had to be going faster than the RunSpeed cap (and since this is falling and not running, could very well be going faster than RunSpeed cap). Double IR was FAST and changing direction was instantaneous.
You haven't done the Advanced course until you've done it with IRx2. -
Grandville was horribly, horribly designed. There are buildings inside buildings.
Compare that to Peregrine Island where there is almost no wasted polygon anywhere to be found.
I hope there are lots of holes in Preatoria during beta so we get a good under-the-hood look of the world design.
