The biggest thing to note is that most if not all Archvillains can reach 100% resistance(IE attacks have no effect with that type of damage)
When he uses Unstoppable(200 Second Duration, 245 Second Recharge) he gains 70% to all but psionic, upping his resistances to this:
Smashing: 120%(100%)
Lethal: 120%(100%)
Fire: 100%
Cold: 100%
Energy: 110%(100%)
Negative: 90%
Toxic: 90%
Psionic: 50%
Therefore the only thing you can damage him with becomes Negative and Toxic at 10% effectiveness and Psionic at 50% effectiveness.
Obviously resistance debuffs and psi damage are the biggest boon here even though you cant debuff the 100% values(damage resistance acts as resistance debuff resistance)
Another huge help is a Kinetic or two spamming Siphon Speed for it's unresistable -20% recharge, to keep his unstoppable down as much as possible.
Any slows will help of course, but almost all slows will have to go through his 85% Slow resistance check(at level 50)
Everyone who has the Cryo Gun should use it for the -Recharge. -

/SuppressCloseFX 1 is the same as enabling it in the option window.
/SupressCloseFXdist 30 means that you have to pan your camera within 30 feet of the character for the GFX to stop displaying. That's pretty close. So, zoom your camera in real close and see if the GFX stops displaying.
I just got on live to test this. The commands and the feature are working fine for my powers' auras.
It just might be that the particular shield hasn't been flagged to suppress or it's bugged. If that's the case send a PM to Arbiter Kim about it to forward it to BAB (he's not taking PMs at the moment). -
As long as there are people who shout, "Hey, it's April Fools Day! Look for the April Fools prank about to hit!!!!" and others who, upon seeing an April Fools day prank immediately shout, "Har har, April's Fool!" or who insipidly, with fake coyness, post, "Hmmm... gee, wonder why they release that information on a day like today? Rubber Lad gets a lot of credit for his apology in my eyes, more so than people who don't read the whole thread before responding to it, for they do exactly what they're ripping the OP for: being critical based on wrong information.
Just want to point out, for the sake of future contretemps, that 2nd Quarter ends on June 30, so, a revised target date of July (caused by going ahead with an interim Issue 17) is just a one month delay from a date they set half a year in advance. Not too shabby (if they can stick the July release). -

There are two main spawn types in most missions. One is used for ambush, boss, patrol or destroy object details, the other is used for battle, rescue, escort, ally, or defend object details. (Some maps have additional spawn types that are not overrideable by the MA).
Lets pretend you picked a map with 15 of the first type and 15 of the second type. If you wanted it to be empty until your trap is hatched, you could add a patrol detail with quantity 15 and and a battle detail with quantity 15. Next, add a collection detail and have both the patrol and battle trigger on completion of the collection.
