As far as American singers, please don't say Elvis represents the 'American accent.' His singing was heavily inflected with a Southern dialect.
But, in general, singing smooths out regional accents because most regional accents are defined by patterns in speech which are not replicated in mainstream singing: clipping of sounds, mudding of vowel sounds, application of pitch patterns to every word, phrase, or sentence (since the song has its own melody which enforces a pitch).
Also, just like there are formal styles of speech versus colloquial styles (e.g., people will say 'gonna' and 'wanna' in conversational English, but, when giving a formal speech, they will say 'going to' and 'want to'); mainstream music has a formal style which trumps the singer's normal conversation speech behaviors. -

Anyway, you don't have an inordinate amount of processes running in the background, though killing the MSN Toolbar, Sidebar, and all things Macromedia/Flash related would be a good thing for a gaming computer.
The other thing to check would be the anti-virus program. It may be running real time scans on one machine and not the other.
To make sure it's not a software conflict causing the 100% CPU usage, you can try to disable all other processes from running by using this tip from the NCSoft Knowledge Base:

If that's not the case, then post the results of these two programs:
- CoH Helper - it will show us basic computer settings and your CoH configuration.
- HijackThis - it will show us what's running on your computer concurrently with CoH. Click on "Do a system Scan and save a logfile." It will automatically open up Notepad and put the info there. Make sure Wordwrap is off in Notepad (Format > Wordwrap unchecked) before you cut and paste here.
- CoH Helper - it will show us basic computer settings and your CoH configuration.

- SuperSpeed: 350% boost = 14 mph base + 49 mph = 64 mph total
- SpeedBoost: 150% boost = 14 mph base + 21 mph = 35 mph total
- The Fool: 100% boost = 14 mph base + 14 mph = 28 mph total
- Sprint 3 slotted: 99% boost = 14 mph base + 14 mph = 28 mph total
- Sprint: 50% boost = 14 mph base + 7 mph = 21 mph total

The novels make it clear that the gods were humans empowered by Pandora's box. The age of the Greek gods was simply a previous era of superheroes who were thought of and worshipped as gods. The Three Sisters were the only ones who remained to the present day, but their origin is that they were empowered humans.
It's not that Cole received the 'spirit' of Zeus, but Zeus, Imperious, and Cole all received the same form of empowerment which is named after the first or most famous guy to receive it, Zeus.
If the Greek gods really were gods... where are they now?
And all that from the novel clearly contradicts the in-game mythology that there are supernatural entities called gods. -

And if the information can be gained in the game on Live or Open Beta with the bracket hyperlink (e.g., [Shadowy Presence]), then it's public info and no one's getting in trouble for repeating or reposting it. -

The gods were just Pandora-box endowed humans augmented by legend which means that for the Rikti, they killed off all their super-powered (and magical) beings leaving only psy-users, except in the comic book story where Recluse blocked all the Pandora-box powers in Paragon and States had to go an alternate dimension where the gods really did exist because they met Prometheus who thought States was Zeus because States had the Zues-power, though he wasn't Zeus because there really were no gods, except for the gods that warred over giving magic to the humans which is what Prometheus did but in the war of the gods story it was Ermeeth who did it sometime after the first war of the gods who pre-existed humans who are the real gods only empowered with the Pandora-box powers and in that first war the evil gods were banished to some other dimension and became the Banished Pantheon.
See? Logical. -

The heal on the Servant is a bonus. He is best slotted for tohit debuff.
In this post I have my ideal Fluffy slotting depending whether you're going for Damage or Tanking, but that's for level 50 and presuming you have Hasten, which was not the case for the OP. -

I can't argue with the aesthetics 'problem', beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but if the -3% ToHit is significantly affecting gameplay, then, quite frankly, you're doing it wrong.
